This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Trainers Network - Dutch Talent Hub based in India.

By joining this global talent network, you will play a pivotal role in training and refining advanced, human-centered artificial intelligence models using your Dutch linguistic expertise. Operating in a completely flexible, remote environment, you will participate in diverse projects ranging from text, image, and audio annotation to evaluating search results and chatbot responses. Your contributions will directly improve the cultural, linguistic, and contextual accuracy of large language models (LLMs) and digital platforms. This talent hub offers complete freedom to choose projects that fit your schedule, making it an ideal opportunity for detail-oriented linguists, translators, and tech enthusiasts. Accountabilities:

  • Data Annotation & Labeling: Annotate, classify, and label text, audio, image, and video data to train and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and AI systems.
  • Response & Search Evaluation: Evaluate search results, digital advertisements, and AI chatbot outputs for factual accuracy, linguistic quality, relevance, and safety.
  • Prompt Engineering & Testing: Create, test, and iterate complex prompts in Dutch to evaluate and expand the conversational capabilities of modern AI tools.
  • Cultural & Linguistic QA: Verify that AI-generated content aligns with authentic Dutch linguistic norms, cultural nuances, and industry-specific context.
  • Feedback & Documentation: Provide detailed, structured feedback and error reporting to help technical teams refine model reasoning and evaluation frameworks.
  • Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Dutch, accompanied by strong professional proficiency in English.
  • Technical Comfort: Comfortable navigating digital tools, online platforms, data annotation portals, and web-based software applications.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous eye for detail, critical thinking, and a strong curiosity regarding artificial intelligence and linguistic accuracy.
  • Workstation & Setup: Access to a reliable personal computer and high-speed internet connection suitable for remote data annotation work.
  • Preferred Experience: Previous background or interest in linguistics, translation, proofreading, content moderation, or AI data annotation is a plus.
