The posting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate Product Manager / Product Manager — Over-the-Road Visibility based in India.

This role offers the opportunity to own meaningful product outcomes within a flagship over-the-road visibility portfolio spanning Truckload, LTL, Parcel, and Last Mile. You will work at the intersection of supply chain operations, data, AI, and modern SaaS product development. From day one, you will have hands-on ownership of product areas, using customer insights and quantitative analysis to identify opportunities and shape product decisions. You will work closely with enterprise customers, engineering, design, data science, customer success, and sales teams to deliver measurable improvements in adoption, retention, tracking quality, and ETA accuracy. The environment values curiosity, empathy, experimentation, and strong execution. This is a great opportunity for a product professional who understands logistics and enjoys turning complex operational challenges into practical software solutions.

Accountabilities:

  • Own product outcomes for one or more OTR modes, including Truckload, LTL, Parcel, or Last Mile, with responsibility for tracking quality, ETA accuracy, and carrier coverage.
  • Monitor and analyze adoption, engagement, retention, and other product KPIs for your area.
  • Identify friction points and adoption gaps through product usage data, customer interviews, and feedback from Customer Success and Sales.
  • Build, prioritize, and maintain a product backlog focused on measurable improvements in customer adoption and retention.
  • Bring data-driven prioritization recommendations to roadmap planning and product discussions.
  • Write SQL independently to investigate feature usage, tracking performance, customer behavior, and product opportunities.
  • Use AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar technologies to build prototypes, internal tools, scripts, and rapid analyses.
  • Work with product analytics platforms such as Pendo and maintain dashboards to monitor adoption trends across customer segments.
  • Translate quantitative insights into clear product hypotheses, requirements, and actionable backlog items.
  • Partner with Data Science and Engineering on instrumentation, event tracking, and product analytics.
  • Lead discovery sessions and participate in onboarding calls, QBRs, and support escalations to understand shipper and carrier workflows.
  • Work with Customer Success Managers to identify systemic product gaps and recurring customer pain points.
  • Represent customer needs and insights during internal planning, roadmap discussions, and sprint reviews.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design throughout scoping, development, launch, and post-launch monitoring.
  • Collaborate with distributed engineering squads across multiple time zones.
  • Support Product Marketing with onboarding materials, release notes, and adoption playbooks.
  • Contribute to presales conversations and market requirements gathering with Solutions teams.
  • Use data and customer feedback to continuously improve product outcomes and inform future roadmap decisions.
  • Associate Product Manager: 2–4 years of experience in product management or a related role; backgrounds in business analysis, analytics, solutions, or implementation within logistics technology are also relevant.
  • Product Manager: 5+ years of experience, including end-to-end ownership of a product area and a demonstrated history of delivering measurable business impact.
  • Practical experience in supply chain or logistics, with a strong understanding of shipper pain points, carrier dynamics, and day-to-day freight movement.
  • Strong SQL skills and the ability to independently explore product and customer data.
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools and the ability to build clear, data-driven narratives from quantitative findings.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to accelerate product development beyond document drafting, including building prototypes, scripts, analyses, or internal tools.
  • Ability to demonstrate practical examples of AI-assisted tools or prototypes you have created.
  • Strong customer discovery and engagement skills, including experience conducting discovery calls and translating qualitative feedback into clear requirements and user stories.
  • Experience working with distributed engineering teams across multiple time zones.
  • Ability to work with significant overlap with US Central Time.
  • Strong communication, prioritization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an agile product development environment.
  • Experience across two or more of Truckload, LTL, Parcel, and Last Mile.
  • Experience with SaaS onboarding flows, feature adoption programs, or customer health scoring.
  • Familiarity with Pendo, Amplitude, or similar product analytics platforms.
  • Experience working directly with engineering squads using agile development practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Economics, or another quantitative discipline.
  • Remote work opportunity in India, with the role also available from Chennai.
  • Medical benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
  • 36 PTO days covering sick, casual, and earned leave.
  • 5 global recharge days.
  • 2 volunteer days.
  • Home office setup and technology reimbursement.
  • Lifestyle and family benefits.
  • Mental wellness support and guidance.
  • Ongoing learning and development opportunities, including professional development programs and Toastmasters.
  • Competitive compensation with stock options.
  • Collaborative, inclusive, and globally distributed working environment.
  • Opportunity to work on AI-driven supply chain technology and complex real-world logistics challenges.
  • Exposure to enterprise customers and cross-functional teams across product, engineering, data, customer success, sales, and solutions.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
