Accountabilities:

  • Prospect and pursue targeted new construction accounts aligned with the strategic customer profile, particularly opportunities valued at $500K or more.
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers at construction and electrical contracting organizations and develop opportunities through the full sales cycle.
  • Negotiate contract terms in partnership with internal contracts and legal teams.
  • Collaborate with leadership, implementation teams, operations, and customers to develop effective launch and delivery strategies.
  • Ensure new accounts are structured and established properly so field teams can service them efficiently.
  • Partner with leadership and pricing teams to develop appropriate pricing and worker pay models that support attraction and retention while meeting gross margin expectations.
  • Develop account implementation strategies that drive field-level sales activity and accelerate account penetration during the first year.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • At least 7 years of related sales experience with senior-level decision-makers, including at least 5 years managing and selling strategic accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry, ideally with experience in electrical trades and established relationships with major construction or electrical contractors.
  • Previous experience in the staffing industry is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in new business development, strategic account retention, sales strategy, and RFP opportunities.
  • Strong strategic planning, project management, organizational, and process improvement skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across different levels of management and organizational functions.
  • Ability to analyze problems, evaluate data, establish facts, draw sound conclusions, and make informed business decisions.
  • Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
  • Ability to work remotely while traveling to client locations, with travel of up to 50%; the role also requires the ability to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Annual salary of $80,000–$100,000, depending on experience and geographic location.
  • Eligibility for incentive pay, subject to applicable plan terms.
  • Remote work-from-home environment with client travel.
  • Up to 20 days of paid time off per year.
  • 6 paid holidays plus 1 paid floating holiday.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Company-matching 401(k) plan.
  • Employee Stock Purchase Program.
  • Additional employee programs and workplace perks.
  • Disability-related accommodations available throughout the application and interview process.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
