We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst, Finance Analytics to transform complex financial and business data into reliable insights that support strategic decision-making. In this role, you will work across key financial metrics, including annual recurring revenue (ARR), customer retention, subscriptions, billing, and customer cohorts, helping teams understand business performance and identify opportunities for growth. You will build interactive dashboards, develop trusted data models, and deliver self-service reporting for Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. • Analytical communication: Present findings, explain complex data clearly, document methodologies, and provide recommendations that help stakeholders make informed decisions.
  • Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes, improve analytical tools, strengthen data definitions, and increase the accessibility and usefulness of financial insights.
  • Relevant experience: Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, financial analytics, or a related data-focused role, with the ability to deliver reliable analysis and reporting for business stakeholders.

  • Analytical problem-solving: Strong diagnostic and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to investigate discrepancies, identify trends, validate assumptions, and explain complex findings accurately.
  • Business requirements gathering: Ability to translate stakeholder questions into well-defined analytical tasks, gather requirements, develop appropriate reporting solutions, and refine dashboards based on feedback.
  • Financial and SaaS metrics: Experience working with Finance, Sales, or go-to-market data is an advantage. Familiarity with SaaS metrics such as ARR, customer retention, subscriptions, recurring revenue, and customer cohorts is particularly valuable.
  • Business intelligence tools: Experience developing interactive dashboards and analytical workflows using tools such as Hex or comparable business intelligence platforms.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
