The posting
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a DevOps Engineer based in Brazil.

- Experience working with containers and orchestrated environments.
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of deployment and rollback strategies.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Bicep.
- Experience with observability tools and practices, including Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, or Datadog.
- Knowledge of Azure Key Vault and secure credential and secrets management.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, including pipeline security, access control, and auditing.
- Seniority and autonomy to design and structure platforms rather than simply operate existing environments.
- Practical experience with Backstage, particularly Developer Portal implementation, service catalogs, and templates, is desirable.
- Previous experience building or evolving an Internal Developer Platform (IDP) is a plus.
- Microsoft AZ-400 certification is desirable.
- Microsoft AZ-104 certification is desirable.
- Experience working in regulated environments such as banks, fintechs, insurers, or payment institutions is a plus.
- Experience with cloud-native architecture, microservices, and highly available environments is desirable.
- Experience promoting Platform Engineering and Developer Experience (DevEx) best practices is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and technical decision-making skills.
- Remote work model.
- VA/VR Flex.
- Unimed health insurance.
