The posting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in the United States.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to support client marketing initiatives in a dynamic, remote agency environment. In this role, you will manage social media accounts, create engaging visual content, oversee online reputation management, and help strengthen digital engagement across multiple client brands. You will work with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and X, using tools like Canva and Sprout Social to deliver consistent, high-quality marketing experiences. Collaborating closely with customer success teams, you will coordinate content calendars, respond to client requests, and monitor performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Your understanding of SEO and paid search advertising will also help you communicate digital marketing trends and address client needs effectively. This opportunity is ideal for a proactive marketing professional who enjoys combining creativity, organization, and customer service to deliver measurable results.

Accountabilities

  • Manage social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and X, including content creation, scheduling, community management, and performance tracking.
  • Design visually appealing marketing materials and social media assets using Canva, ensuring that all content aligns with individual client brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Develop and maintain social media content calendars, coordinate publishing schedules, and communicate changes to deadlines, priorities, or planned content.
  • Monitor and manage clients' online reputations by reviewing customer feedback and responding to online reviews professionally and consistently on their behalf.
  • Oversee community engagement through tools such as Sprout Social, responding to inquiries, providing helpful information, and maintaining positive interactions with online audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal customer success teams to streamline workflows, coordinate client communications, and implement new customer success strategies.
  • Manage client requests, updates, and reported issues through CRM platforms and ticketing systems such as Zendesk, ensuring timely follow-up and effective resolution.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and engagement trends to identify opportunities for improvement and potential factors affecting client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a working understanding of SEO and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising benchmarks, industry developments, and performance trends to support client communications and expectations.
  • Stay informed about social media trends, platform updates, content formats, and digital marketing best practices to improve campaign relevance and effectiveness.
  • Manage multiple client accounts and competing priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy, responsiveness, brand consistency, and service quality.
  • Demonstrated passion for social media marketing, graphic design, digital communications, and creating engaging online experiences.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, preferably in a high-volume digital marketing agency or client services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and X, with an understanding of content creation, scheduling, audience engagement, and performance measurement.
  • Experience creating digital marketing and social media graphics using Canva, with the ability to adapt visual content to different brand identities and communication objectives.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage content calendars, prioritize competing deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to respond professionally to online reviews, community inquiries, and client requests.
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain composure while troubleshooting issues or managing multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and the ability to interpret performance metrics, identify trends, and recognize opportunities to improve engagement and client satisfaction.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and PPC concepts, with an interest in developing further expertise in digital marketing performance and industry benchmarks.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with customer success teams and other internal stakeholders while maintaining ownership of assigned accounts and deliverables.
  • Preferred technical skills: Proficiency with Canva, HubSpot or Salesforce, Zendesk or similar ticketing systems, Sprout Social, and Google Workspace.
  • A willingness to learn new tools, develop additional marketing skills, and adapt to evolving client needs and digital marketing trends.
  • Competitive hourly compensation: $22–$24 per hour.
  • Medical insurance: Medical coverage for employees and dependents, with approximately 80%–90% of premiums covered by the employer.
  • Health savings support: Employer contributions to a Health Savings Account (HSA) for eligible employees enrolled in a High-Deductible Health Plan (HDHP).
  • Retirement savings: 401(k) plan with an employer match of up to 3.5%.
  • Flexible spending: Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to help eligible employees manage qualifying dependent care expenses.
  • Dental and vision coverage: Access to dental and vision insurance options.
  • Insurance protection: Basic life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, along with short-term and long-term disability coverage.
  • Time off and holidays: Flexible paid time off and 12 paid holidays annually.
  • Family support: Paid parental leave to support employees during important family milestones.
  • Pet-friendly benefits: Pawternity leave, financial assistance for pet adoption, and subsidized pet insurance.
  • Learning and development: An annual $250 stipend to support professional development, training, and skill-building opportunities.
  • Remote work: A full-time remote position offering flexibility and the opportunity to collaborate with a distributed team.
  • Career growth: Opportunities to expand digital marketing expertise, develop new skills, and contribute to client success initiatives.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
