The posting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Global Partner Enablement based in United States.

This senior leadership role is responsible for building and scaling a global partner enablement strategy that strengthens partner readiness, pipeline growth, and customer security outcomes. You will enable VARs, MSPs, MSSPs, distributors, and other channel partners to effectively sell, deploy, manage, and expand cybersecurity solutions. The role combines channel expertise, modern learning practices, field execution, data-driven decision-making, and practical AI capabilities. You will shape role-based learning journeys, content strategies, certifications, technical resources, and readiness programs across global markets. Working closely with Sales, Channel, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders, you will connect enablement directly to business performance. You will also lead a global team and establish AI-powered processes that make partner content more scalable, accurate, and effective.

Accountabilities:

  • Define and execute a global partner enablement strategy aligned with go-to-market priorities, partner program tiers, and regional growth objectives.
  • Develop enablement programs supporting key channel motions, including managed security services, solution selling, renewals, expansion, and platform adoption.
  • Lead change management initiatives that encourage new partner behaviors and support evolving go-to-market strategies.
  • Design and scale role-specific learning journeys for partner sales, technical pre-sales, implementation, managed services, customer success, and renewals.
  • Guide partners from onboarding through advanced competency and specialization, aligned with certifications, accreditations, and partner program requirements.
  • Apply adult learning principles, instructional design practices, and skills-based frameworks to drive measurable behavior change and performance.
  • Establish content lifecycle governance to keep enablement materials current with product releases, platform changes, and evolving cybersecurity threats.
  • Build enablement frameworks and standards that provide global consistency while allowing regional flexibility.
  • Collaborate with regional enablement and field teams on launches, campaigns, sales plays, workshops, simulations, solution playbooks, and technical labs.
  • Ensure enablement supports MSP and MSSP business models, including recurring revenue, operational efficiency, and service differentiation.
  • Establish and monitor metrics such as partner ramp time, certification attainment, pipeline contribution, deal velocity, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
  • Use CRM data, partner performance insights, and field feedback to identify skill gaps and optimize enablement investments.
  • Provide executive-level reporting that demonstrates the impact of enablement on partner performance and revenue growth.
  • Lead the global partner enablement content strategy across onboarding programs, security and solution playbooks, labs, toolkits, and just-in-time resources.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global partner enablement team while operating effectively within a matrixed organization.
  • Use generative AI and prompt-driven workflows to scale curriculum, technical content, playbooks, labs, and self-service resources while maintaining appropriate human review.
  • Establish repeatable processes for sourcing, validating, governing, and publishing accurate technical content from subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.
  • Use platform data and partner feedback to continuously improve content quality, production speed, adoption, and partner readiness.
  • 10+ years of experience in partner enablement, channel sales, customer success enablement, or learning and development within cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
  • Extensive experience enabling global channel partners across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ, with strong knowledge of MSP, MSSP, VAR, and distributor business models.
  • Proven success designing and executing role-based, go-to-market-aligned learning programs that deliver measurable improvements in partner performance.
  • Experience working closely with Sales, Channel, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product leaders in a partner-focused organization.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to define KPIs, analyze performance data, and demonstrate enablement ROI.
  • Exceptional executive communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Practical fluency with generative AI, prompt design, content transformation, and AI-assisted quality review workflows.
  • Experience building AI-assisted enablement or technical content processes that balance speed, accuracy, governance, source traceability, and human judgment.
  • Experience supporting or scaling MSP/MSSP-focused go-to-market motions is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions, partner programs, certifications, and channel ecosystems is preferred.
  • Experience with enablement platforms, LMS/LXP systems, partner portals, CRM platforms such as Salesforce, and content authoring tools.
  • Experience using AI-driven learning and enablement tools to accelerate partner readiness, adoption, and performance at scale.
  • Foundational knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theory, and skills-based enablement frameworks.
  • An advanced degree in business, learning, or a related field is preferred.
  • Base salary range of $161,000–$268,000 in the United States.
  • Additional compensation, including bonus eligibility.
  • Comprehensive employee benefits package.
  • Remote-first working model, with hybrid arrangements where required by the role.
  • Opportunity to lead global initiatives across a diverse partner ecosystem and international markets.
  • Employee-led diversity and inclusion networks supporting community, education, and advocacy.
  • Annual charity, fundraising, and employee volunteer initiatives.
  • Global sustainability initiatives focused on reducing environmental impact.
  • Global fitness and trivia activities promoting employee engagement and wellbeing.
  • Global wellbeing days and regular wellbeing webinars and training.
  • Opportunity to lead AI-enabled transformation of partner learning and enablement at scale.
  • Collaborative, international environment with opportunities to influence go-to-market strategy, partner performance, and technical enablement.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
