The Employer Brand Creative Lead will shape how prospective candidates experience and connect with a global employer brand. This hands-on creative role combines digital design, employer branding, recruitment marketing, and data-informed candidate experience optimization. You will personally develop creative concepts and transform them into polished experiences across career sites, social media, campaigns, print, and events. The role offers significant collaboration with teams across regions and functions while maintaining consistency with broader brand standards. You will also use website analytics and candidate feedback to identify opportunities and measure the impact of design and content improvements. This is an opportunity to influence how talent discovers career opportunities and experiences the journey from exploration through application.
Accountabilities:
- Develop creative concepts and visual solutions that strengthen the employer brand and help prospective candidates discover career opportunities.
- Personally design and produce career site pages, recruitment landing pages, social media content, digital campaigns, print materials, event experiences, and booth graphics.
- Take creative projects from initial ideation through wireframes, prototypes, final production assets, and implementation specifications.
- Improve the candidate experience across career sites by making it easier for job seekers to explore career areas, discover relevant opportunities, and progress toward applying.
- Adapt the global employer value proposition for different audiences, career areas, and regions while maintaining alignment with enterprise brand standards.
- Analyze career site performance and candidate behavior across the recruitment journey, including site visits, job exploration, application starts, and completed applications.
- Identify trends and opportunities within website data and candidate feedback, translate insights into clear recommendations, and develop design or content changes that can be tested and measured.
- Manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality creative work in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
- Partner with teams and stakeholders across regions to develop effective employer brand experiences and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Associate’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- 8+ years of digital design experience, with hands-on responsibility for designing and producing work across websites, social media, and digital campaigns, as well as print and event applications.
- 8+ years of employer brand experience translating brand strategy into creative work that attracts relevant talent across different audiences, career areas, and regions.
- 5+ years of experience using website metrics and analytics, including Google Analytics, to evaluate traffic, user behavior, and conversion throughout the candidate journey.
- 5+ years of experience designing or improving career sites, including job discovery, job detail pages, and application journeys.
- Strong expertise in visual design, typography, responsive web design, information hierarchy, and accessibility.
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, with the ability to produce finished creative assets and detailed implementation specifications.
- Portfolio demonstrating personal contributions, creative thinking, and measurable or strategic impact on employer branding or recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Strong initiative and ability to identify opportunities, propose creative solutions, and move efficiently from concept to execution.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience with a global consumer, automotive, mobility, or related brand is preferred.
- Experience managing external creative or media agencies and vendor relationships is a plus.
- Experience presenting creative strategy and performance results to senior leaders or cross-functional stakeholders is preferred.
- Additional European language proficiency is a plus.
- Salary range of $99,100–$166,200, with final compensation determined by skills, experience, job scope, responsibilities, and market considerations.
- Fully remote position in the United States.
