  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in vendor management, procurement, or healthcare contract management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in vendor selection, contracting, performance management, relationship management, and strategic sourcing.
  • Strong contract negotiation skills, including experience managing service-level agreements and complex vendor relationships.
  • Proven ability to analyze vendor costs, utilization, rates, financial performance, and ROI to identify optimization opportunities.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and deadlines while exercising sound judgment and critical thinking.
  • Preferred: 7+ years of healthcare vendor management experience within an enterprise-scale environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
