The posting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a LinkedIn Exec Content Writer based in Brazil.

As a LinkedIn Executive Content Writer, you will shape the professional voices of senior leaders across a growth marketing agency and an AI-powered commerce platform. You will own the executive content program from strategy and interviews to ghostwriting, editing, publishing coordination, and performance analysis. Your mission is to turn executive insights, experiences, and industry expertise into authentic LinkedIn content that builds credibility, engages B2B audiences, and strengthens brand visibility. You will work closely with executives and marketing teams to develop distinctive voices, maintain consistent publishing schedules, and align content with product launches, webinars, and business priorities. This role combines editorial excellence, strategic storytelling, and a deep understanding of LinkedIn's content formats and distribution dynamics. You will join a remote, international team that values clear communication, creative thinking, and high-quality content. The position requires fluent English for all business communication and collaboration with a team operating in the Eastern Time Zone.

Accountabilities

  • Executive Content Strategy: Manage the day-to-day executive content program across multiple leadership profiles, ensuring each executive has a distinct voice, a clear content strategy, and a consistent publishing rhythm.
  • Executive Interviews: Conduct focused interviews with executives to capture their perspectives, experiences, expertise, and original ideas, transforming conversations into compelling content that reflects their authentic voices.
  • Voice and Context Development: Create and maintain detailed reference files for each executive, documenting their communication style, subject-matter expertise, personal stories, recurring themes, and content boundaries.
  • Ghostwriting and Editorial Management: Develop ideas, write first drafts, edit content, coordinate feedback, and manage approvals for executive LinkedIn posts from conception through publication.
  • Content Calendar Management: Maintain a unified editorial calendar across executive accounts, assigning topics to the right leaders, balancing publishing frequency, and preventing overlap between content themes.
  • Launch and Campaign Coordination: Align executive posts with product launches, webinars, events, and other marketing initiatives to maximize reach, reinforce key messages, and create a coordinated presence across leadership profiles.
  • Multi-Format Content Creation: Produce engaging LinkedIn content in various formats, including text posts, carousels, short-form video scripts, and content adapted from talks, interviews, and public appearances.
  • Editorial Quality and Voice Preservation: Review every draft to remove generic marketing language, sharpen messaging, improve readability, and preserve each executive's individual personality and perspective.
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor content performance to identify which topics, formats, and executive voices resonate most with target B2B audiences, using these insights to refine future editorial plans.
  • Employee Advocacy Support: Help team members who want to build their professional presence on LinkedIn by developing ideas, refining posts, and maintaining an authentic, consistent communication style.
  • AI-Assisted Research and Ideation: Use AI tools to support research, brainstorm content angles, organize insights, and accelerate drafting while maintaining human editorial judgment, originality, and factual accuracy.
  • Demonstrated experience ghostwriting LinkedIn content for founders, executives, or senior business leaders, with writing samples that showcase an authentic and distinctive executive voice. Providing relevant ghostwriting samples is essential.
  • Strong editorial and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex business ideas, personal experiences, and industry insights into clear, engaging, and human-sounding content.
  • A solid understanding of B2B audiences and considered purchasing decisions, including how professional content builds trust, authority, and long-term relationships with potential customers.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and growth marketing concepts, including direct-to-consumer (DTC) business models, performance marketing, customer retention, and AI-powered marketing tools.
  • Proven ability to interview busy executives efficiently, extract meaningful insights from short conversations, and generate a week's worth of content tailored to different personalities and areas of expertise.
  • Excellent editing skills, with the judgment to eliminate corporate jargon, generic marketing language, and unnecessary complexity while preserving the writer's or executive's authentic voice.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn's content ecosystem, including effective hooks, text posts, carousels, native video, comments, audience engagement, and content distribution practices.
  • Experience managing multiple executive profiles, editorial calendars, deadlines, approval workflows, and concurrent content initiatives without compromising quality.
  • Advanced written and spoken English, with the ability to conduct interviews, develop polished executive content, and collaborate confidently with international stakeholders.
  • Daily familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or comparable platforms for research, ideation, and drafting, combined with the ability to recognize their limitations and apply rigorous human editing.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with the confidence to ask insightful questions, challenge vague messaging, and help executives communicate more effectively.
  • Fully remote work arrangement for eligible candidates based in Brazil.
  • Full-time opportunity within an international, technology-driven marketing environment.
  • Opportunity to work directly with executives and shape their professional presence and thought leadership.
  • Exposure to growth marketing, e-commerce, AI-powered commerce, and B2B content strategy.
  • Creative ownership of executive storytelling, editorial planning, and multi-format LinkedIn content.
  • Opportunities to develop expertise in executive communications, ghostwriting, and AI-assisted content workflows.
  • Collaboration with an international team operating in the Eastern Time Zone.
  • A dynamic environment that values strong writing, editorial independence, and measurable content impact.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
