This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager TPA Sales - Client Accounts based in the United States.
This fully remote leadership role is responsible for driving sales growth across spending account and COBRA solutions, including FSA and HSA products. You will lead and develop a high-performing sales team while setting strategies that support revenue and business objectives. The role combines people leadership, client development, sales strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. You will build relationships with employers, brokers, third-party partners, and internal stakeholders to expand market opportunities. Success requires a strong understanding of employee benefits, sales operations, and the TPA landscape. You will also use sales performance data to identify opportunities, improve execution, and strengthen team results. Accountabilities
- Lead, organize, coach, and develop a TPA sales team to achieve revenue and business objectives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for spending account and COBRA solutions, including FSA, HSA, and related products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through employer relationships, account executives, sales leadership, brokers, and third-party partners.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams across implementation, service, marketing, finance, and other functions to support customer satisfaction, retention, and sales growth.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members, providing coaching, performance guidance, and ongoing support.
- Partner with marketing to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and initiatives that strengthen sales efforts.
- Train and support sales representatives on product knowledge, positioning, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
- Analyze sales performance data and prepare reports to monitor results, identify trends, and uncover areas for improvement.
- Recruit, develop, retain, and support high-performing sales talent while maintaining appropriate team capacity.
- Participate directly in sales activities and customer opportunities when additional leadership or selling support is needed.
- Promote effective collaboration and execution across a fully remote, fast-paced sales organization.
- 5+ years of professional sales experience, preferably within third-party administration, benefits administration, healthcare, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated experience managing and directing a skilled, motivated, results-oriented sales team.
- Strong understanding of spending accounts, employee benefits, and applicable industry regulations.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that support revenue growth and business objectives.
- Strong leadership, coaching, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees, clients, partners, and senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience using sales data to evaluate performance and identify opportunities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work extensively with computers, phone systems, and multiple software applications throughout the workday.
- Fully remote position within the United States.
- Base salary range of $90,000–$128,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
