This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Member of Product, Tokenization based in the United States.

The Member of Product, Tokenization will help shape the future of institutional finance by building innovative products that bring traditional financial assets onto blockchain infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of regulated capital markets, digital assets, and financial technology, with responsibility for product strategy, technical roadmaps, and end-to-end platform development. Working closely with engineering, business leadership, legal, compliance, and institutional clients, you will translate complex market needs and regulatory requirements into scalable product solutions. You will help design seamless experiences for both asset issuers and institutional investors across money market funds, fixed income, equities, and other tokenized assets. As a commercially engaged product leader, you will participate in client discussions, support strategic sales opportunities, and influence product direction through direct market feedback. This is an opportunity to take ownership in a fast-moving, security-focused environment and contribute to the evolution of capital markets on-chain.

Accountabilities

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Partner with product leadership to define and execute the tokenization strategy, establish product priorities, and own the technical roadmap for a real-world asset tokenization platform. Translate business objectives, customer demand, and market opportunities into clear product initiatives.
  • Tokenization Platform Development: Lead product development across asset issuance, lifecycle management, custody, settlement, reporting, and related workflows. Build reusable product capabilities that support multiple asset classes rather than relying on isolated, one-off integrations.
  • Issuer and Investor Experiences: Design and improve the end-to-end experiences of institutional issuers and investors, including onboarding, asset structuring, minting, servicing, discovery, allocation, settlement, and reporting.
  • Multi-Asset Product Delivery: Drive product initiatives spanning money market funds, tokenized money market funds, broker-dealer activities, transfer agency, fixed income, equities, and other eligible real-world assets.
  • Technical and Regulatory Translation: Convert complex capital markets requirements, blockchain infrastructure considerations, regulatory constraints, and business needs into actionable product specifications and engineering priorities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, legal, compliance, risk, operations, and client-facing teams to define solutions, resolve dependencies, and maintain delivery momentum while meeting governance and control requirements.
  • Client Discovery and Product Validation: Engage directly with institutional issuers, investors, and prospective customers to understand their challenges, validate product concepts, demonstrate capabilities, and incorporate market feedback into the roadmap.
  • Commercial Enablement: Support the commercial team during strategic sales opportunities by providing product expertise, explaining regulatory structures and on-chain mechanics, and connecting customer requirements to platform capabilities.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Communicate product vision, trade-offs, and priorities clearly to senior leadership, engineering teams, institutional clients, and other stakeholders. Build alignment around complex decisions and maintain a shared understanding of product objectives.
  • Execution and Continuous Improvement: Own product outcomes in an evolving environment, manage competing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and continuously improve the scalability, usability, and operational effectiveness of tokenization products.
  • Product Management Experience: Demonstrated success owning and delivering a technical product roadmap end-to-end within regulated financial services, such as capital markets, banking, payments, or asset management.
  • Blockchain and Digital Assets: Strong working knowledge of blockchain infrastructure, tokenization concepts, and institutional digital asset products, with the ability to understand both technical architecture and financial applications.
  • Financial Services Expertise: Relevant experience in regulated financial services and the ability to navigate complex regulatory, operational, and governance requirements.
  • Relevant Industry Background: Experience in at least two of the following three areas:
  • Direct experience with tokenization, tokenized money market funds, transfer agency, broker-dealer technology, or securities issuance platforms.
  • Previous work at a regulated financial institution, trust company, or capital markets infrastructure provider.
  • Experience in a commercially oriented product role, such as solutions engineering, presales, or client-facing product management.
  • Technical Communication: Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and help engineering teams evaluate solutions, dependencies, and trade-offs.
  • Platform Product Development: Experience delivering scalable platform products involving significant engineering, regulatory, and external partner dependencies.
  • Client-Facing Skills: Confidence engaging institutional customers and prospects, conducting discovery, presenting product concepts, gathering feedback, and supporting commercial discussions.
  • Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Strong judgment in prioritizing opportunities, balancing customer needs with technical feasibility, and aligning product investments with business objectives.
  • Ownership and Adaptability: A proactive, execution-oriented approach, with the ability to make decisions and deliver results in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Communication and Influence: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders and explain complex topics to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience designing two-sided platforms for issuers and investors, familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools such as Claude, a strong perspective on the future of on-chain capital markets, or experience engaging directly with regulators during a product launch.
