This fully remote opportunity is ideal for an organized, proactive HR professional looking to grow within a dynamic, international environment.
Accountabilities:
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for employee HR questions, providing clear and helpful responses, tracking requests, and escalating unfamiliar or sensitive matters appropriately.
- Coordinate employee onboarding in collaboration with Talent, hiring managers, IT, and other stakeholders, ensuring checklists and handoffs are completed on time and new hires are ready for their first day.
- Process employment verification requests according to established procedures, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate background checks, administer the relevant provider platform, follow up on outstanding cases, and escalate findings to authorized decision-makers.

- 2–3 years of experience in HR and/or Talent, including hands-on involvement in coordination, employee or candidate support, and administrative processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate trackers, and review records and documents carefully.
- A proactive and dependable approach to work, including anticipating next steps, following up independently, and identifying potential issues before they escalate.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an empathetic, service-oriented approach to employee support.
- Willingness to learn unfamiliar systems and processes, ask relevant questions, and incorporate feedback into daily work.
- Sound judgment when handling confidential employee information, with an understanding of when to escalate sensitive or complex situations.
- Confidence using spreadsheets, digital tools, and administrative systems, along with the ability to learn new HR information systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with distributed teams and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders in a remote environment.

- Experience supporting international or geographically distributed teams.
- Availability for some working-hours overlap with US Eastern Time.
- Fully remote working arrangement within Europe, with the role based in Ukraine or an EU country.
- Full-time employment opportunity within an international, distributed organization.
- Direct collaboration with the People Operations Lead and opportunities to develop practical HR expertise.
- Hands-on exposure to employee lifecycle management, onboarding, HR systems, employment verification, and background-check processes.
