This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Pessoa Desenvolvedora FullStack Python e React Pleno based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale products that directly impact the retail ecosystem and its customers. You’ll contribute across both backend and frontend development, with Python as the primary technology in a modernizing technology environment. The position combines product evolution, production support, architectural improvements, and technical problem-solving. You’ll work with complex systems where quality, stability, performance, and scalability are key priorities. The role also offers strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement. Accountabilities:

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Python, React, FastAPI, and related technologies.
  • Support and evolve complex products operating in production environments.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to build solutions that create value for customers and the business.
  • Participate in technical decisions and architecture discussions, contributing to system evolution.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code with a focus on security, performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Investigate complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Participate in refactoring and technology modernization initiatives.
  • Optimize SQL queries and contribute to the evolution and performance of relational databases.
  • Participate in code reviews and help ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines.
  • Create and maintain automated tests to increase delivery reliability and software quality.
  • Contribute to a collaborative environment focused on knowledge sharing, peer support, and continuous improvement.
  • Previous experience developing and maintaining medium- or high-complexity systems.
  • Practical experience with Python in production environments.
  • Experience with JavaScript and React.
  • Experience building and maintaining APIs using FastAPI, Django, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or equivalent technologies.
  • Knowledge of system architecture, microservices, and software engineering best practices.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate root causes.
  • Ability to work with autonomy, organization, and effective priority management.
  • Strong communication skills for working with technical, product, and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset and openness to giving and receiving feedback.
  • Continuous interest in learning, innovation, and technological evolution.
  • Knowledge of Angular is a plus.
  • Experience with architectural modernization and system migration is a plus.
  • Experience with SaaS products, retail technology, or large-scale solutions is a plus.
  • Experience with observability, application performance, and optimization is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI tools applied to software development is a plus.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
