You will also contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence within a technology-driven environment.

Accountabilities

  • Lead strategic, high-impact process improvement initiatives, including small to medium-sized projects and workstreams within larger programs, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, resolve recurring issues, and reduce waste by applying Lean Six Sigma tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with departmental priorities and broader organizational goals.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, resources, and progress from initial planning and pilot deployment through implementation, launch, and ongoing control.
  • Establish relevant performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to prioritize activities, measure progress, and evaluate the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor project outcomes against established targets, ensuring timely delivery, quality results, and sustainable adoption of implemented process changes.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings with cross-functional stakeholders, preparing agendas, presentation materials, progress updates, and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments and organizational levels to identify project risks, resolve obstacles, develop contingency plans, and maintain momentum.
  • Conduct process mapping and business process analysis to identify inefficiencies, uncover root causes, and recommend practical improvements.
  • Troubleshoot implementation challenges and support the development of new or enhanced processes using tools such as Quickbase, Microsoft Power Automate, and other relevant technologies.
  • Extract, analyze, and interpret data from internal systems to generate actionable insights, support prioritization, and strengthen business decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain performance reports, dashboards, and data-tracking tools for business units and related services, emphasizing critical success factors and measurable outcomes.
  • Facilitate virtual or in-person cross-functional workshops and events that encourage collaboration, innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
  • Train and support teams in process improvement methodologies, helping employees understand, adopt, and sustain new ways of working.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support operational priorities and organizational objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, a STEM discipline, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • At least five years of experience in project management, process improvement, or a combination of both.
  • A Process Improvement Green Belt certification is required within the first year of employment.

  • A project management certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with process improvement frameworks, including Lean Six Sigma, process mapping, root cause analysis, waste reduction, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Experience working in a customer service-oriented organization is preferred, particularly in environments focused on service quality and operational performance.
  • Experience in Human Capital Management (HCM), payroll, tax services, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage deadline-driven projects, coordinate multiple workstreams, and deliver results in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio, with the ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts and influence stakeholders across different departments and seniority levels.
  • Proven leadership and collaboration skills, with the confidence to guide cross-functional teams and build alignment around improvement initiatives.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new technologies, internal systems, and business applications quickly.
  • Exceptional analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities, including experience identifying root causes and resolving complex operational issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and respond proactively to changing priorities.
  • Work arrangement: Fully remote within the United States, with availability during designated working hours five days per week. The remote arrangement and scheduling expectations may change according to business needs and individual performance.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
