This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Sales Manager, Title and Escrow based in United States.
This is a strategic sales leadership role focused on driving revenue growth and expanding market share across the Colorado and Utah regions. You will lead regional sales strategy and execution while building strong partnerships across the organization. The role combines commercial leadership with talent development, performance management, and market expansion. You will oversee a team of title and escrow sales professionals and help them consistently deliver against growth objectives. Success will require strong consultative selling expertise, business acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. As a remote leader based in Colorado, you will work across markets while traveling throughout Colorado and Utah to support teams, clients, and business opportunities.
Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute a regional growth strategy designed to increase revenue, market share, sales productivity, and client acquisition across Colorado and Utah.
- Translate broader business objectives into actionable sales strategies, priorities, performance expectations, and measurable growth initiatives.
- Identify market opportunities, accelerate business development, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Recruit, hire, retain, coach, and develop high-performing title and escrow sales professionals while building a strong leadership pipeline.
- Establish a culture centered on performance, accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development.
- Lead the sales organization toward consistent quota attainment and sustainable growth by helping teams advance opportunities, overcome challenges, and close strategic business.
- Use pipeline management, forecasting, performance metrics, and data-driven insights to improve decision-making, productivity, and execution.
- Implement sales best practices while maintaining accurate reporting, disciplined expense management, and strong operational standards.
- Build trusted relationships with brand leaders, operational partners, franchise organizations, service teams, and other key stakeholders to align sales strategies with regional priorities.
- Promote innovation and a growth mindset by inspiring teams to pursue new opportunities, embrace challenges, and continuously raise performance standards.
- Proven track record of leading title and escrow sales organizations and delivering measurable revenue growth.
- Minimum of 3 years of title and escrow sales leadership experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of consultative title and escrow sales experience.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, retain, and motivate high-performing sales talent.
- Experience establishing accountability frameworks, performance expectations, and sales processes that drive execution.
- Strong knowledge of consultative selling methodologies, including SPIN Selling or similar approaches.
- Exceptional relationship-building, influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong financial and business acumen, including experience with forecasting, pipeline management, and budget oversight.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Colorado-based and willing to travel throughout Colorado and Utah.
- Remote position based in Colorado.
