This is an opportunity for a mid-level legal professional to support strategic business matters within a technology-driven environment. • Monitor, manage, and continuously improve litigation and intellectual property KPIs, using data and performance insights to support efficiency and innovation.
  • Communicate legal matters clearly to non-legal stakeholders and contribute to practical, business-oriented solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams while maintaining autonomy, organization, and strong prioritization across multiple demands.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
  • Specialization in Civil Procedure is required.
  • More than 3 years of professional experience in dispute resolution, particularly civil and consumer litigation.
  • Proven experience managing a portfolio of legal proceedings and coordinating external law firms.
  • Practical experience managing intellectual property assets, including INPI administrative proceedings and judicial disputes.
  • Strong organizational skills and discipline in managing deadlines, priorities, and multiple legal matters.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, particularly when explaining legal topics to non-legal audiences.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and exercise sound professional judgment.
  • Strong business awareness and the ability to connect legal activities with broader organizational objectives.
  • Data-oriented mindset with an interest in using metrics and insights to improve legal operations.
  • Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Preferred: Specialization in Intellectual Property.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
