  • Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution overviews to prospective clients.
  • Design conceptual integration architectures across a diverse range of technologies and customer environments.
  • Develop detailed work breakdown structures, effort estimates, pricing models, and other materials supporting business development opportunities.
  • Provide substantial technical input and written content for RFx responses and proposals.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of available products, services, healthcare IT technologies, and relevant market developments.
  • Research competitive offerings and develop effective positioning strategies for prospective customers.
  • Represent the organization at trade shows, marketing events, and other industry engagements.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients by advocating for customer needs, satisfaction, and long-term success.

  • 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical consulting, solution architecture, or a related technical role.
  • Proven experience in healthcare IT, system integration, data-driven solutions, or a closely related field.
  • Hands-on knowledge of healthcare interoperability solutions, EMRs, interface engines, and Health Information Exchange (HIE) systems.
  • Strong understanding of HL7, FHIR, and IHE profiles; experience with InterSystems technologies is highly preferred.
  • Experience with business-to-business and/or public sector sales in a technical or consultative capacity.
  • Familiarity with database technologies, including document, vector, or object-oriented databases, is preferred.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or R, along with the ability and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities, multiple projects, and demanding sales cycles while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to client satisfaction and successful outcomes.
  • Ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, vendors, and other business stakeholders in a remote environment.
  • Ability to work primarily at a computer for extended periods and occasionally travel as required.
  • Reliable home-office setup with internet speeds of at least 25 Mbps download and 1.5 Mbps upload, using a private Wi-Fi network with a strong, unique password.
  • Competitive annual salary of $95,000–$115,000.
  • Four health plan options to support different healthcare needs.
  • 401(k) matching.
  • Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) to support work-life balance.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
