- Contribute to continuous improvement of ERP implementation methodologies, processes, and templates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- At least 5 years of professional project management experience, including 3+ years focused on ERP implementations or comparable enterprise systems.
- Proven experience successfully delivering full-cycle ERP implementations from discovery through go-live and hypercare.
- Experience with at least one major ERP platform such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SYSPRO, Infor, Epicor, Sage, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of PMBOK, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
