The posting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior or Lead Product Designer based in the United States.

Join a fast-growing, remote-first team shaping the future of digital commerce through curated shopping experiences and creator-led marketing. As a Senior or Lead Product Designer, you will help define not only how products look and feel, but also what gets built and why. You will work closely with Product and Engineering to transform ideas into intuitive, polished, and scalable experiences. From discovery and prototyping to implementation and launch, you will balance user needs, business goals, and technical considerations. This role offers the opportunity to influence product strategy, elevate design quality, and experiment with emerging AI-powered tools. It is an ideal fit for a curious, hands-on designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building meaningful products with a collaborative team.

Accountabilities

  • Own the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and concept exploration through prototyping, implementation, quality assurance, and launch.
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to define problems, shape product strategy, and influence product decisions beyond visual execution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve usability, workflows, aesthetics, and the overall experience for creators, brands, and shoppers.
  • Develop prototypes and run rapid experiments to validate ideas, communicate concepts, and reduce uncertainty before development.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging workflows to accelerate design, prototyping, quality assurance, and execution while maintaining high standards.
  • Participate in design critiques and product discussions, offering constructive feedback and helping raise the quality of the team's work.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility, scalability, and a cohesive user experience.
  • Deliver polished, thoughtful interfaces with exceptional attention to visual detail and interaction quality.
  • Explore new tools, technologies, and product patterns to improve how the team designs, collaborates, and builds.
  • Bring a proactive, builder-oriented mindset to product development, taking initiative beyond traditional design responsibilities.
  • At least 7 years of product design experience, ideally within a startup or fast-moving product organization.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual design, interface craft, and strategic product thinking.
  • Experience designing responsive digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
  • A builder mindset, with the curiosity and initiative to solve problems beyond the interface and explore unfamiliar areas.
  • Strong product intuition and the ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
  • Comfort working through ambiguity, iterating quickly, and determining when to explore further versus when to deliver.
  • Experience creating prototypes to communicate ideas, test concepts, and validate potential solutions.
  • Interest in AI-assisted design and development workflows; familiarity with tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, or similar platforms is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with Product, Engineering, and Design teams.
  • A systems-thinking approach, with a strong commitment to design consistency, accessibility, quality, and scalability.
  • Enthusiasm for creator-led commerce and a genuine interest in contributing to the product vision and the way the team builds.
  • Base salary: $150,000–$200,000 USD, with flexibility based on experience, role scope, and business needs. The stated range is a good-faith estimate and excludes potential bonuses or commissions.
  • Equity: Equity grants for every employee, providing an opportunity to share in the company's growth.
  • 401(k) with company match: 3% employer contribution, fully vested.
  • Healthcare coverage: Medical, dental, and vision benefits, including a 100% employer-paid medical plan option and dependent coverage.
  • Mental health and care services: Virtual mental health support, urgent care, and primary care visits at no cost for employees and their dependents.
  • Flexible paid time off: Flexible PTO, including your birthday off.
  • Company holidays: 13 paid company holidays.
  • Paid parental leave: 14 weeks of paid leave.
  • Remote-first work environment: Remote work with a headquarters in New York City; some teams may have different location requirements.
  • Workplace and wellness support: Stipends for wellness and home-office needs, plus a Wellhub membership.
  • Insurance protection: Employer-paid disability and life insurance.
  • Healthcare savings options: Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA).
  • Team connection: Annual company offsite and quarterly team co-location opportunities.
  • Creator benefits: Employees can build and grow their own creator page on the platform.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
