The posting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Designer based in Ireland.

This is a fully remote senior design opportunity within a fast-growing, distributed product organization. You will shape the end-to-end experience of a platform used by organizations to manage fundraising and supporter relationships. The role combines user research, product strategy, interaction design, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design. You will work closely with Product and Engineering from early discovery through launch and continuous iteration. The position offers significant ownership and influence over complex B2B workflows and SaaS experiences. You will advocate for users while balancing business objectives, technical constraints, and measurable product outcomes. The ideal environment is collaborative, data-informed, and focused on building intuitive, scalable, high-impact digital products.

Accountabilities

  • Lead user-centered design initiatives by planning and conducting interviews, usability testing, surveys, and data analysis to identify user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Translate research findings into actionable product insights, design opportunities, and user-centered solutions.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leads during discovery, roadmap planning, feature definition, development, and launch.
  • Own the end-to-end design lifecycle, including user journeys, information flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
  • Validate concepts and designs with users and internal stakeholders, iterating based on feedback and evidence.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure effective implementation and design handoffs.
  • Evaluate existing and newly launched features using qualitative feedback, product analytics, and performance data.
  • Use data and user insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and measure the impact of design decisions.
  • Help prioritize design initiatives in alignment with the product backlog, balancing user value, business priorities, technical considerations, and overall product quality.
  • Contribute to a cohesive and scalable product experience across complex workflows and B2B use cases.
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a related field, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership, strategic thinking, and high-quality visual execution.
  • Proven experience designing B2B products and complex workflows, particularly within SaaS platforms, CRMs, ERPs, enterprise software, or comparable products.
  • Advanced proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma and AI-assisted design workflows.
  • Experience using product analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics to support research, validate hypotheses, and measure design impact.
  • Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies, including research planning, interviewing, usability testing, synthesis, and communicating insights.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly explain design rationale, document user journeys, and provide effective handoffs to Engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, initiative, and a commitment to creating thoughtful and impactful user experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a distributed, cross-functional environment with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Experience in the nonprofit or social impact sector is a plus.
  • Experience working in a high-growth startup or scaling product environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
  • Fully remote work from home.
  • Annual salary of $70,000–$80,000 USD, depending on experience and location.
  • Eligibility for an employee equity plan through stock options.
  • Up to $1,500 reimbursement for home-office expenses and professional development.
  • Generous paid time off, including 21 days of PTO with a birthday included.
  • 8 holidays of your choice.
  • 3 paid sick days.
  • 2 paid volunteer days.
  • Wellness program offering fitness and mindfulness classes.
  • Opportunity to work on products supporting organizations and initiatives focused on positive social impact.
  • Fully distributed international work environment with opportunities for collaboration across regions.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
