The posting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Technical Product Owner – Enterprise Integrations based in the United States.

We are seeking an experienced product leader to drive the strategy and delivery of enterprise integration solutions in a dynamic, Agile technology environment. This role bridges business objectives and technical execution, translating complex requirements into scalable solutions that deliver measurable value. You will own product roadmaps, manage priorities, and guide cross-functional teams through the full software development lifecycle. Working closely with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and quality assurance teams, you will ensure that integration initiatives align with enterprise goals. The position combines strategic vision with hands-on backlog management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery oversight. This is an opportunity to influence enterprise transformation, improve operational efficiency, and shape technology products that address evolving business needs.

Accountabilities

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define and communicate product vision, objectives, and roadmaps aligned with business strategy, enterprise priorities, and long-term goals. Evaluate business value, customer impact, technical feasibility, and investment opportunities to guide product decisions.
  • Backlog Ownership and Delivery: Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, urgency, technical dependencies, and delivery effort. Translate business requirements into epics, features, and actionable user stories, ensuring development teams have clear direction and well-defined acceptance criteria.
  • Enterprise Integration Management: Drive product initiatives involving backend integrations, APIs, enterprise applications, and interconnected business systems. Collaborate with architects, developers, business systems analysts, and QA teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs and support scalable operations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with business partners, senior leaders, and technical teams. Facilitate discussions to align priorities, clarify requirements, resolve conflicts, manage expectations, and communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate collaboration across engineering, architecture, UX, QA, support, and business teams. Lead complex initiatives involving multiple systems and stakeholders while promoting accountability, transparency, and effective decision-making.
  • Agile Delivery: Support and facilitate Agile practices, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure requirements are ready for development, monitor delivery against scope and timelines, and adapt priorities as business needs evolve.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Track product performance, adoption, and business outcomes using dashboards, metrics, and stakeholder feedback. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, assess delivered features against intended objectives, and recommend enhancements.
  • Strategic Planning and Governance: Contribute to business cases, funding discussions, and investment planning. Manage dependencies, balance competing priorities, and ensure product decisions support both immediate delivery requirements and long-term enterprise transformation.
  • Professional Experience: At least 6 years of experience in product ownership, product management, business analysis, or a related role within Agile software delivery environments.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business, information technology, computer science, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, backend systems, APIs, and software development lifecycle practices. Technical knowledge of Java and MongoDB is required by the role description.
  • Product Management Skills: Demonstrated experience owning product roadmaps, managing and prioritizing backlogs, defining requirements, and delivering technology solutions that achieve measurable business outcomes.
  • Enterprise Systems Experience: Experience working with enterprise-scale integration platforms, internal business systems, customer-facing technologies, or business process transformation initiatives.
  • Agile Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile principles, particularly Scrum, and experience collaborating with multidisciplinary delivery teams. A Scrum Product Owner or related Agile certification is a plus.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to assess complex business and technical challenges, evaluate alternatives, balance competing priorities, and make sound decisions in ambiguous or evolving environments.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, influence senior stakeholders, and build consensus across business and IT teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong planning, prioritization, and time-management abilities, with a proven capacity to manage multiple initiatives, dependencies, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Tools and Technologies: Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Power BI, and Microsoft Office applications is beneficial.
  • Leadership and Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, translate strategic goals into practical execution plans, respond to changing requirements, and maintain a customer-focused approach.
  • Competitive Compensation: Estimated monthly salary range of $6,805.95–$11,921.25, with actual compensation depending on qualifications, relevant experience, and work location.
  • Performance Incentives: Eligibility for a bonus or incentive plan.
  • Remote Work Flexibility: Opportunity to work remotely from within the United States, subject to company policy. Hybrid work may also be available for eligible employees based in Newport News, Virginia.
  • Health and Wellness: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with mental health coverage and programs supporting overall well-being.
  • Retirement Planning: 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.
  • Paid Time Off: Paid leave and other time-off benefits to support work-life balance.
  • Insurance Coverage: Life insurance and additional benefits designed to support employees and their families.
  • Family Support: Paid parental leave, family-building benefits, and gender-affirming benefits.
  • Employee Discounts: Access to associate discounts and additional employee perks.
  • Community Engagement: Opportunities to participate in community involvement initiatives and contribute to meaningful projects.
  • Professional Growth: Opportunities to collaborate with experienced professionals, develop product leadership capabilities, and contribute to enterprise-wide technology transformation.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
