- Represent the voice of federal customers by translating operational feedback, technical requirements, and mission needs into actionable product specifications and roadmap recommendations.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and sales teams to develop realistic implementation plans, resolve technical challenges, and deliver solutions on schedule.
- Support go-to-market strategies and broader business development activities through technical expertise, customer engagement, and solution positioning.
- Help communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, from senior government decision-makers and military leaders to operators and engineering teams.
- Support field deployments and technical engagements, including travel to customer sites and participation in domestic and international demonstrations as required.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and at least five years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education, technical expertise, and technical sales experience.
- U.S. citizenship, as required by the applicable government contract. Employment-based visa and permanent residency sponsorship are not available for this position.
- An active Secret or Top Secret security clearance, or the ability to obtain the required clearance.
- FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification, or the ability to obtain it.

- Experience with secure, government-compliant data storage, processing, manipulation, and analysis.
- Demonstrated experience introducing and implementing new technologies for internal or external customers, working with technical teams to deliver projects on schedule.
- A strong technical foundation in at least one relevant area, such as UAV systems, radio communications, software development, cybersecurity, prototyping, electronics rework, or networking.
- Familiarity with federal technology acquisition processes, government contracting requirements, and technical evaluation procedures.
- Excellent written communication, technical writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with audiences at different organizational and technical levels.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, combined with the ability to manage multiple technical initiatives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
