The posting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Implementation Specialist based in Brazil.

Role Overview

As a Technical Implementation Specialist, you will support the configuration, testing, and deployment of healthcare technology integrations connecting electronic medical record (EMR) systems with laboratory platforms. You will work closely with laboratories, healthcare facilities, and technical teams to ensure accurate and reliable transmission of laboratory orders and results. Your responsibilities will include configuring system interfaces, validating account information, managing secure file transfers, and troubleshooting integration issues. You will coordinate implementation projects from initial requirements gathering through testing, documentation, and completion. Working in a collaborative, remote environment, you will combine technical problem-solving with client communication to deliver seamless integration experiences. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional looking to grow their expertise in healthcare IT, software integrations, and technical project coordination.

Accountabilities:

  • Configure, maintain, and validate laboratory interfaces using internal integration platforms to support reliable communication between healthcare systems.
  • Collect, review, and verify account information, healthcare provider details, laboratory compendiums, custom profiles, and order codes in collaboration with laboratories and healthcare facilities.
  • Configure and validate Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) connections and interface communication settings to ensure secure and dependable data exchange.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing of laboratory order and result transmission between electronic medical record (EMR) systems and laboratory platforms.
  • Coordinate technical implementation projects, track outstanding requirements, manage project timelines, and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful completion.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot integration issues, identify configuration discrepancies, determine potential causes, and escalate complex problems when necessary.
  • Provide implementation support to clients and laboratory partners through email communications, ticketing systems, and configuration updates.
  • Work with structured files, including CSV, XLS, and XLSX formats, to validate, organize, and troubleshoot integration data.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, testing outcomes, implementation progress, and issue resolution.
  • Follow established implementation procedures, technical guidelines, and quality assurance processes to ensure consistency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams and external partners to resolve issues, clarify requirements, and maintain clear communication throughout implementation projects.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in a technical, software, SaaS, healthcare IT, customer support, implementation, or related environment.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, technical teams, and external partners.
  • Basic understanding of software applications, system integrations, data exchange, and file-transfer concepts.
  • Comfort working with structured data, spreadsheets, text editors, and common file formats such as CSV, XLS, and XLSX.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate discrepancies, identify potential solutions, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through when managing configurations, testing activities, and project documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and outstanding requirements independently while collaborating effectively with other teams.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts, implementation steps, and troubleshooting findings clearly to non-technical users.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new platforms, technical tools, integration processes, and healthcare technology workflows.
  • Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) or electronic health record (EHR) systems, healthcare IT platforms, or laboratory workflows.
  • Familiarity with HL7 messaging standards, SFTP configurations, and SaaS integrations.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar customer relationship management and ticketing platforms.
  • Previous experience coordinating implementation projects involving external vendors, clients, healthcare providers, or technical teams.
  • Familiarity with software testing, quality assurance procedures, and technical documentation practices.
  • Fully remote opportunity: Work remotely from Brazil as part of a distributed, international team.
  • Professional development: Access certifications and learning opportunities designed to support long-term career growth.
  • English language development: Benefit from English scholarships through an external institute and English classes with company instructors.
  • Modern tools and resources: Work with up-to-date technologies and resources that support effective implementation and collaboration.
  • Long-term career opportunities: Join an established technology environment that emphasizes professional stability, continuous learning, and career development.
  • International client exposure: Contribute to projects serving global clients and gain experience with real-world healthcare technology integrations.
  • Inclusive workplace culture: Work in an environment that values diversity, equity, and equal opportunity, where employees are encouraged to contribute and grow.
  • Team activities: Participate in recreational activities and social initiatives that encourage collaboration and team connection.
  • Regional employment compliance: Benefit from employment practices aligned with the applicable labor regulations and rights of your region.
  • Established organizational environment: Join a technology company with more than 15 years of experience and a Great Place to Work certification.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
