Ben jij sterk aan de telefoon en krijg je energie van commerciële kansen? Als Appointment Setter B2B benader je ondernemers, wek je interesse en plan je kwalitatieve afspraken in voor onze accountmanagers.

Jij opent de deur. De accountmanager sluit de deal.

Je werkt op onze fysieke BelNino-locatie in Nijkerk, van maandag tot en met vrijdag tussen 09.00 en 18.00 uur.

  • €3.100 bruto per maand bij een fulltime dienstverband

Wat ga je doen?

Jij bent het eerste commerciële contact met potentiële zakelijke klanten.

  • Zakelijke prospects telefonisch benaderen
  • Interesse wekken bij ondernemers
  • Behoeften en commerciële kansen achterhalen
  • Kwalitatieve afspraken inplannen voor accountmanagers
  • Potentiële klanten op het juiste moment opvolgen
  • Contactmomenten nauwkeurig verwerken in het CRM-systeem
  • Samenwerken met het sales- en serviceteam
  • Werken aan duidelijke commerciële doelstellingen
  • Meedenken over betere processen en campagnes

Je hoeft de uiteindelijke verkoop niet te sluiten. Jouw doel is om een kansrijk vervolggesprek te creëren.

  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands
  • Je bent 32 tot 40 uur per week beschikbaar
  • Je bent beschikbaar tussen 09.00 en 18.00 uur
  • Je communiceert makkelijk en professioneel
  • Je bent niet bang om de telefoon op te pakken
  • Je kunt goed luisteren en doorvragen
  • Je hebt commerciële drive
  • Je werkt graag met doelstellingen
  • Je staat open voor training en coaching
  • Je laat je niet uit het veld slaan door een afwijzing
  • Ervaring als appointment setter of telefonische sales is een pré
