Als Manager Sales ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van het sales team en zorg je ervoor dat de salesprocessen soepel verlopen. Je zet je in om onze salesstrategie te versterken en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen het team en de organisatie. Met jouw ervaring en visie zorg je voor een optimale klanttevredenheid en het behalen van onze ambitieuze doelstellingen.

Wat ga je doen?

• Het sales team leiden, coachen en inspireren om de beste resultaten te behalen.

• Salesstrategieën ontwikkelen en implementeren voor optimale prestaties.

• Relaties met belangrijke klanten onderhouden en nieuwe kansen signaleren.

• Verkoopcijfers analyseren en verbeterpunten op teamniveau aandragen.

• Flexibele werktijden vanaf 32 uur per week (maandag tot en met zaterdag).
