Met 6 vestigingen en ruim 150 commerciële professionals bouwen we dagelijks aan sterke energiecampagnes. Onze ambitie is helder: verder schalen, zonder concessies aan kwaliteit, ontwikkeling en cultuur.

Daarom zoeken we geen manager die vanaf de zijlijn stuurt. We zoeken een commercieel leider die op de vloer staat, mensen beter maakt en prestaties structureel verhoogt.

De rol

Als Commercieel Vestigingsleider Energie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse performance van een commercieel team binnen de energiemarkt.

Je:

  • stuurt een team van commerciële professionals aan
  • ontwikkelt mensen van instroom tot zelfstandige closers
  • verzorgt trainingen op gespreksvoering, mindset en closing
  • neemt zelf gesprekken over en sluit deals waar nodig
  • bewaakt kwaliteit, conversie, discipline en teamcultuur
  • bouwt aan een vestiging die structureel boven gemiddeld presteert

Je leidt vanuit inhoud en voorbeeld. Je zet de standaard in gedrag, resultaat en ontwikkeling.

Wie we zoeken

Deze rol past bij je als je:

  • aantoonbare ervaring hebt met het aansturen van teams of vestigingen
  • commercieel sterk bent (bij voorkeur binnen energie of telesales)
  • kunt trainen én zelf kunt closen
  • duidelijk durft te corrigeren en weet te motiveren
  • energie krijgt van mensen ontwikkelen en niveau verhogen
  • denkt in resultaat, structuur en duurzame groei
  • wilt bouwen, ontwikkelen en schalen

Je bent geen manager op afstand. Je bent zichtbaar, betrokken en inhoudelijk sterk.
