Business Central ist dein Spielfeld. Als Business Central Techno-Functional Consultant bei JobRad® Loop bringst du Fachbereiche, IT und unseren externen Partner zusammen. Du verstehst, was das Business braucht, übersetzt es in gute Lösungen und setzt kleinere Anpassungen selbst in AL um. Bei uns bekommst du keine reine Implementierungsrolle und keinen klassischen Support-Job. Du koordinierst, analysierst und packst selbst mit an – 50 % Organisation & Koordination, 50 % Hands-on. 100 % Verantwortung für unser Business Central. Und weil Business Central bei uns eine zentrale Rolle spielt, hast du jede Menge Möglichkeiten, Dinge wirklich zu bewegen. Let’s ride together!

Was du brauchst, um erfolgreich zu sein

  • Background: Du hast eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium im IT-Umfeld oder eine vergleichbare praktische Qualifikation
  • Business-Central-Expertise: Du bringst mehrere Jahre praktische Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central oder Navision mit – idealerweise mindestens 2-3 Jahr
  • Prozessverständnis: Finance, Einkauf, Sales und Supply Chain sind für dich keine Blackbox. Du verstehst, wie Geschäftsprozesse funktionieren und wie sie sinnvoll in einem ERP abgebildet werden
  • AL & Extensions: Du kannst nicht nur über AL sprechen, sondern hast bereits selbst Anpassungen und Extensions umgesetzt
  • Integration & Technik: APIs, Webservices und Schnittstellen zwischen Systemen sind dir vertraut. Idealerweise hast du bereits mit Integrationen rund um Business Central gearbeitet
  • Ownership & Kommunikation: Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und eigenständig, kannst Anforderungen priorisieren und kommunizierst souverän mit Fachbereichen, IT und externen Partnern

  • Verantwortung übernehmen: Du hast Business Central ganzheitlich im Blick und sorgst dafür, dass Anforderungen aus dem Business ihren Weg ins System finden – von der ersten Idee bis zur Umsetzung
  • Anforderungen auf den Punkt bringen: Du hörst genau hin, verstehst die Bedürfnisse der Fachbereiche und übersetzt sie in sinnvolle technische Lösungen – Stakeholdermanagement ist genau dein Ding
  • Selbst mitgestalten: Kleinere Anpassungen und Erweiterungen setzt du eigenständig mit AL um. Dabei geht es nicht nur darum, was möglich ist, sondern vor allem darum, was wirklich einen Mehrwert schafft
  • System & Prozesse weiterbringen: Du hinterfragst bestehende Abläufe, erkennst Optimierungspotenziale und entwickelst Business Central kontinuierlich weiter – mit Blick auf Effizienz, Stabilität und eine gute User Experience
  • Wenn etwas nicht läuft: Bei Incidents und technischen Problemen gehst du den Ursachen auf den Grund, koordinierst die nächsten Schritte und sorgst für Lösungen, die langfristig halten
  • Wissen sichtbar machen: Du bringst Struktur in Prozesse und Dokumentationen und sorgst dafür, dass Wissen nicht bei einzelnen Personen bleibt, sondern im Unternehmen verfügbar ist
