Dafür suchen wir Menschen mit technischem Verständnis, Leidenschaft für Fahrradtechnik und dem Anspruch, aus jedem Bike das Beste herauszuholen. Von sportlichen Carbon-Rennrädern über moderne E-Bikes bis hin zu leistungsstarken Mountainbikes – bei uns erwartet dich eine Vielfalt, die du in klassischen Werkstätten selten findest. Was du brauchst, um erfolgreich zu sein

  • Du kennst dich mit Fahrradtechnik aus und hast dir dein Wissen durch Berufserfahrung, Hobbyschrauben oder eine vergleichbare Tätigkeit angeeignet
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit modernen Schalt- und Bremssystemen im MTB-, Rennrad- oder E-Bike-Bereich
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits mit E-Bike-Antrieben, Displays und Diagnosesystemen verschiedener Hersteller gearbeitet
  • Du arbeitest gewissenhaft und hast Freude daran, technische Zusammenhänge zu verstehen und Lösungen zu finden
  • Du fühlst dich im Umgang mit Laptop und digitalen Anwendungen wohl – wir arbeiten durchgängig digital
  • Du verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse auf B2-Niveau, sodass du Arbeitsanweisungen sicher verstehst und dich im Team gut austauschen kannst

Dein Beitrag zu unserer Erfolgsgeschichte

  • Du begutachtest eingehende Fahrräder und verschaffst dir einen Überblick über deren technischen Zustand
  • Du identifizierst Verschleiß und sicherheitsrelevante Schäden und dokumentierst deine Ergebnisse digital
  • Du unterstützt bei der Bewertung, welche Maßnahmen notwendig sind, um ein Bike technisch und wirtschaftlich sinnvoll aufzubereiten
  • Du bringst Mountainbikes, Rennräder und E-Bikes durch Wartungen, Reparaturen und Komponententausch wieder in einen erstklassigen Zustand
  • Du arbeitest an modernen Schalt- und Bremssystemen von Herstellern wie Shimano und SRAM
  • Du diagnostizierst, wartest und reparierst E-Bike-Antriebe und Displays, beispielsweise von Bosch, Fazua, Mahle oder TQ
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass jedes Fahrrad die Qualitätsstandards erfüllt, mit denen JobRad® Loop hochwertige Bikes in ihren nächsten Lebenszyklus schickt
