Was du brauchst, um erfolgreich zu sein

  • Know-How: Ausbildung als Zweiradmechatroniker:in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in der Fahrradtechnik; ausgeprägte Routine auch bei komplexen Diagnosen und Spezialreparaturen
  • Technische Exzellenz: Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Fahrradtechnik, ein sicheres Verständnis moderner E-Antriebssysteme sowie digitaler Diagnose- und Arbeitsprozesse
  • Eigenverantwortung & Qualitätsanspruch: Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Anspruch an Präzision sowie ausgeprägtem Verantwortungsbewusstsein für technische Standards und saubere Werkstattabläufe
  • Prozess- & Strukturverständnis: Gutes Verständnis für Werkstattprozesse von der Annahme bis zur Endkontrolle sowie die Fähigkeit, Abläufe sinnvoll zu analysieren und zu optimieren
  • Fachliche Impulsgeberrolle: Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit, Fachwissen im Team zu teilen, technische Fragestellungen zu begleiten und Kolleg:innen in ihrer fachlichen Entwicklung zu unterstützen
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf B1-/B2-Niveau, offizielles Zertifikat nicht zwingend erforderlich

  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen: Analyse von Rückläufern aus der Qualitätsprüfung sowie nachhaltige Fehlerursachenbehebung
  • Zustandsbewertung und Kalkulation: Technische Beurteilung von Fahrrädern sowie Erstellung fundierter Reparatur- und Servicekalkulationen

  • Sicherstellung von Qualitätsstandards: Einhaltung von Arbeits-, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsvorgaben im gesamten Werkstattprozess
  • Einführung technischer Innovationen: Bewertung und Implementierung neuer Fahrradtechnologien sowie Reparaturmethoden
  • Mentoring und Wissenstransfer: Weitergabe von Fachwissen sowie Unterstützung der fachlichen Entwicklung im Team
