Bei JobRad® Loop bist du als Customer Care Specialist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Endkund:innen: von der Produktfrage vor dem Kauf bis zum After-Sales mit allem, was dazugehört. Und bevor du weiterscrollst: Bei uns klingelt nicht ständig das Telefon, fast alles läuft schriftlich. Was du brauchst, um erfolgreich zu sein

  • Endkundenerfahrung: Du bringst mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung mit, idealerweise im E-Commerce (Bike-Know-how ist nice to have)
  • Bock aufs Tagesgeschäft: Dein Fokus ist daily business, kein Projektmanagement-Job – Du hast Spaß daran Tickets zu lösen, Fälle abzuschließen, Kund:innen weiterzuhelfen und damit unsere Customer Journey positiv zu beeinflussen
  • Schreibstärke: Dein Talent liegt im geschriebenen Wort. Du bleibst freundlich, erklärst verständlich und bringst auch komplizierte Sachverhalte in wenigen Sätzen auf den Punkt
  • Start-up-Erfahrung: Du kommst aus einem Start-up oder einem Unternehmen im Wachstum und kennst die Dynamik, die dazugehört. Du findest deinen Weg auch dann, wenn die Antwort noch in keinem Wiki steht und behältst deinen langen Atem, wenn sich Dinge nicht beim ersten Anlauf lösen
  • Systemaffinität & Eigeninitiative: Mit CRM- und Ticketsystemen arbeitest du routiniert. Und wenn dir beim dritten ähnlichen Fall auffällt, dass nicht der Fall, sondern der Prozess dahinter das eigentliche Problem ist, sprichst du es an
  • Sprachkompetenz: Damit du problemlos intern wie extern kommunizieren kannst, bringst du sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse mit

  • Schriftlich statt Headset: Du bearbeitest Anfragen und Fälle im Ticketsystem – telefoniert wird nur, wenn ein Fall es wirklich braucht

  • After-Sales: Reklamationen, Gewährleistungsfälle, Kulanzentscheidungen, Ersatzteilversand, Retouren – mit klaren Vorgaben, aber mit deinem Kopf
  • Qualität statt Symptombehandlung: Was du im externen Kundenkontakt siehst, machst du intern bei verantwortlichen Schnittstellen sichtbar – und arbeitest entsprechend an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Systeme und Prozesse mit
