Was du brauchst, um erfolgreich zu sein

  • Du hast eine Ausbildung als Fahrradmechaniker:in, Zweiradmechatroniker:in oder hast dir dein Know-how durch Berufserfahrung, Hobbyschrauben oder eine vergleichbare Tätigkeit angeeignet
  • Du begeisterst dich für Fahrräder und E-Bikes und arbeitest sorgfältig sowie qualitätsbewusst
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Laptop und digitalen Tools – wir arbeiten papierlos und setzen auf moderne Prozesse
  • Du verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse auf B2-Niveau, sodass du Arbeitsanweisungen sicher verstehst und dich im Team problemlos austauschen kannst
  • Du packst gerne mit an und arbeitest zuverlässig in einem dynamischen Umfeld

Noch keine Erfahrung mit allen Fahrradtypen oder E-Bike-Systemen? Kein Problem. Wichtig ist uns vor allem deine technische Affinität, Lernbereitschaft und Leidenschaft fürs Schrauben.

Dein Beitrag zu unserer Erfolgsgeschichte

  • Du prüfst eingehende Fahrräder und E-Bikes auf technische und optische Schäden und bewertest deren Zustand
  • Du kalkulierst Reparaturaufwände und unterstützt bei der Einschätzung, welche Maßnahmen wirtschaftlich sinnvoll sind
  • Du führst Reparaturen, Wartungen und Instandsetzungen an Biobikes, E-Bikes und Lastenrädern durch
  • Du dokumentierst deine Arbeit digital und nutzt moderne Tools zur Erfassung und Nachverfolgung von Reparaturen
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass jedes Bike in bestmöglichem Zustand in seinen nächsten Lebenszyklus startet

Das Beste daran: Kein Fahrrad gleicht dem anderen. Bei uns arbeitest du nicht markengebunden, sondern an einer großen Vielfalt hochwertiger Fahrräder und E-Bikes verschiedenster Hersteller. Vom nahezu neuwertigen Bike mit wenigen Kilometern Laufleistung bis zum intensiv genutzten Lastenrad ist alles dabei. Durch unseren Fokus auf moderne Fahrräder und E-Bikes (in der Regel nicht älter als drei Jahre) erwarten dich abwechslungsreiche technische Herausforderungen statt monotone Routinearbeiten.
