Du arbeitest an komplexen Fahrrad- und E-Bike-Systemen, bei denen Standardwissen nicht mehr ausreicht, und findest selbst bei schwierigen Fehlerbildern eine saubere, nachvollziehbare Lösung. Dein Anspruch: technische Exzellenz in jedem einzelnen Arbeitsschritt. Gleichzeitig teilst du dein Fachwissen im Team, unterstützt bei komplexen technischen Fragen und stärkst durch gezieltes Mentoring und praktische Anleitung die fachliche Qualität im gesamten Werkstattumfeld. Was du brauchst, um erfolgreich zu sein

  • Fachwissen & Berufserfahrung: Meister:in der Zweiradmechatronik mit Spezialisierung Fahrrad sowie mindestens fünfjähriger Berufserfahrung im Bereich Fahrräder, Komponenten und Reparaturen
  • Digitale Kompetenz: Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und Prozessen zur effizienten Gestaltung und Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen
  • Pädagogisches Geschick & Wissensvermittlung: Zielgruppengerechte Vermittlung von Fachwissen, Förderung von Motivation sowie fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung von Kolleg:innen
  • Hands-on-Mentalität & Lösungsorientierung: Aktives Mitwirken im operativen Tagesgeschäft, pragmatische Arbeitsweise sowie konsequente Lösungsorientierung im Teamkontext
  • Kommunikationsstärke & Verantwortungsbewusstsein: Klare und souveräne Kommunikation sowie ausgeprägte Entscheidungsfreude und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit im Werkstattumfeld und im teaminternen Austausch

  • Anspruchsvolle Fehlerdiagnose & Reparatur: Eigenständige Analyse und Behebung komplexer technischer Defekte an Fahrrädern und E-Bikes, insbesondere bei nicht standardisierten oder schwer lösbaren Fällen
  • Qualitätssicherung & Endabnahme: Durchführung finaler Funktions- und Sicherheitsprüfungen sowie konsequente Sicherstellung hoher Qualitätsstandards im gesamten Reparaturprozess
  • Zustandsbewertung & präzise Kalkulation: Fundierte technische Beurteilung von Fahrrädern sowie realistische und nachvollziehbare Kalkulation von Reparatur-, Service- und Instandsetzungsaufwänden
  • Komponenten- und Ersatzteilentscheidung: Auswahl geeigneter Ersatz- und Alternativkomponenten unter Berücksichtigung technischer Anforderungen, Verfügbarkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Effiziente Werkstattsteuerung: Priorisierung und strukturierte Abarbeitung von Aufträgen zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs und einer optimalen Werkstattauslastung
  • Prozessoptimierung im Werkstattalltag: Aktive Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen sowie Mitgestaltung effizienterer Abläufe, Werkstattstrukturen und Reparaturmethoden
  • Wissenstransfer & Einarbeitung: Unterstützung neuer Kolleg:innen im Onboarding sowie praxisnahe Weitergabe von Fachwissen zur Stärkung des gesamten Teams
