Bei uns in Kabelsketal machst du als Mitarbeiter:in Bike-Refurbishment zur Abwechslung mal was mit den Händen, das man danach auch sieht. Wir beleben bei JobRad® Loop in Kabelsketal–Großkugel gebrauchte Premium-E-Bikes und Fahrräder wieder. Das heißt auch: Ja, du wirst dir die Hände schmutzig machen. Aber das Gefühl, wenn ein völlig verrocktes E-Bike nach deiner Behandlung wieder glänzt und alles wieder rund läuft? Unschlagbar. Du brauchst dafür keinen lückenlosen Lebenslauf und keinen Uni-Abschluss. Wenn du zu Hause deine Kette selbst wechseln kannst oder einfach Bock hast, zu lernen, wie man High-Tech-Bikes zerlegt und wieder fit macht, bist du hier richtig. Let`s ride together!

Was du brauchst, um erfolgreich zu sein

  • Begeisterung statt Zeugnisse: Uns ist egal, was du vorher gemacht hast. Wir suchen keine perfekten Lebensläufe. Wir suchen Menschen, die den Unterschied zwischen einem Inbusschlüssel und einem Drehmomentschlüssel kennen
  • Teamplayer-Mentalität: Du arbeitest nicht für dich allein vor dich hin. In der Werkstatt hilft man sich gegenseitig, tauscht sich aus und lacht beim Mittagessen. Selbstständiges Arbeiten ist wichtig, aber du wirst nie allein gelassen
  • Muckis und Köpfchen: Die Bikes wiegen was – du solltest körperlich fit sein. Da die modernen E-Bikes rollende Computer sind, solltest du auch keine Angst davor haben, ein Tablet oder einen Laptop zu bedienen
  • Sprach-Check: Damit wir uns beim Zurufen von Werkzeug nicht missverstehen, solltest du gutes Deutsch sprechen

  • Der Detektiv-Job: Du checkst die reinkommenden Bikes auf Herz und Nieren und findest heraus, was repariert werden muss
  • Der Neustart: Du befreist die Bikes von altem Zubehör und schaffst die Grundlage für die Aufbereitung
  • Die Reanimation: Du reparierst und wartest die Räder, liest E-Bike-Motoren per Software aus und machst die Tech-Diagnose
  • Die Wellness-Behandlung: Du reinigst die Bikes professionell. (Befriedigender als jedes "Power-Washing"-Video auf TikTok, versprochen)
  • Das Drumherum: Du packst beim Warenein- und -ausgang mit an und sorgst dafür, dass die Werkstatt nicht im Chaos versinkt
