Als Monteur:in Fahrrad & E-Bike gibst du an unserem Standort in Kabelsketal bei Leipzig (Autobahnkreuz Schkeuditzer Kreuz) Fahrrädern ein zweites Leben. Das bedeutet: Jedes Bike, das hier ankommt, wird von dir begutachtet, bewertet und – wenn es Sinn macht – technisch wieder in Topzustand gebracht. Die Bandbreite ist groß: Von Carbon-Rennrädern über moderne E-Bikes mit Antrieben von Bosch, Fazua oder TQ bis hin zu vollgefederten Mountainbikes. Wenn dich das anspricht, sollten wir reden. Was du brauchst, um erfolgreich zu sein

  • Du hast Fahrradtechnik im Blut – ob durch Ausbildung, Berufserfahrung oder weil dein Keller aussieht wie ein Ersatzteillager. Die Quelle ist uns egal, das Können zählt
  • E-Bike-Technik macht dir keine Angst. Du hast bereits Erfahrung mit elektrischen Antriebssystemen oder bist bereit, dich schnell in neue Technologien einzuarbeiten
  • Du arbeitest digital. Unsere Dokumentation läuft über Laptop und Tablets, Schraubenschlüssel und moderne Tools schließen sich bei uns nicht aus
  • Deutsch auf B2-Niveau – damit die Zusammenarbeit im Team genauso reibungslos läuft wie die Bikes, die du reparierst

Dein Beitrag zu unserer Erfolgsgeschichte

  • Morgens: Ein Transporter voller Bikes steht da. Dein Job: rausfinden, was die auf dem Buckel haben. Verschleiß erkennen, Sicherheitsmängel dokumentieren, einschätzen, was wirtschaftlich Sinn macht
  • Tagsüber: Du reparierst. Schaltungen einstellen, Bremsen entlüften, Lager tauschen, E-Bike-Antriebe diagnostizieren. Kein Bike ist wie das andere – das ist das Coole und sorgt dafür, dass keine Woche der anderen gleicht
  • Zwischendurch: Du entscheidest mit, ob ein Bike noch ein zweites Leben bekommt oder als Ersatzteilspender dient. Deine Einschätzung zählt, weil du weißt, was du tust
  • Am Ende: Jedes Bike, das hier rausgeht, trägt deinen Qualitätsanspruch. Das ist kein Fließbandgefühl – das ist Handwerk mit Unterschrift
