Keep bikes moving. Keep production running. Als Produktionskoordinator:in bei JobRad® Loop in Kabelsketal hältst du unsere Fahrradaufbereitung am Laufen. Du übernimmst Verantwortung für das operative Tagesgeschäft, baust Strukturen und Standards auf, etablierst effiziente Prozesse und steuerst unsere Teams fachlich durch einen dynamischen Produktionsalltag. Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Werkstatt, Qualität, Operational Excellence und Instandhaltung sorgst du für stabile Abläufe, starke Performance und höchste Qualität – damit jedes Bike effizient zurück auf die Straße kommt. Was du brauchst, um erfolgreich zu sein

  • Ausbildung & Background: Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, Industrial Engineering oder vergleichbar – alternativ technische Ausbildung (nice to have: Weiterbildung zur/m Meister:in / Techniker:in)
  • Produktions- & Branchen-Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der operativen Produktionssteuerung, idealerweise im Werkstatt-, Refurbishment-, Montage- oder industriellen Produktionsumfeld
  • Operational Ownership: Hohe Umsetzungsstärke und konsequente Verantwortungsübernahme im operativen Tagesgeschäft – auch in dynamischen Produktionssituationen
  • Priorisierung & Entscheidungsstärke: Souveräne Priorisierung, schnelle Entscheidungsfindung und effiziente Ressourcensteuerung im Tagesgeschäft
  • Performance & KPI-Exzellenz: Sicherer Umgang mit KPI-Management, Performance-Tracking und datenbasierter Steuerung operativer Maßnahmen
  • Leadership & Teamsteuerung: Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung und Koordination von Teams sowie im Schnittstellenmanagement über mehrere Bereiche hinweg
  • Lean & Prozessdenken: Grundkenntnisse in Lean Management, Prozessoptimierung und nachhaltiger Standardisierung von Abläufen
  • Digitale Skills: Sicherer Umgang mit M365, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint zur Analyse und Ergebnisaufbereitung

  • Produktionsfluss steuern: Sicherstellung eines getakteten, stabilen Produktionsablaufs in der Fahrradaufbereitung durch konsequente Priorisierung und operative Steuerung im Tagesgeschäft
  • Leistung, Qualität & Output sichern: Kontinuierliches KPI-Monitoring, frühzeitige Abweichungsanalyse sowie Sicherstellung definierter Qualitätsstandards und eines stabilen, effizienten Produktionsoutputs
  • Fachliche Team- & Schnittstellensteuerung: Fachliche Führung der Produktionsteams sowie strukturierte Koordination und Abstimmung aller relevanten Schnittstellen (Werkstatt, Operational Excellence, Qualität, Instandhaltung)
  • Operative Entscheidungs- & Problemlösungskompetenz: Schnelle, belastbare Entscheidungsfindung im Tagesgeschäft sowie systematische Bearbeitung von Abweichungen und nachhaltige Optimierung operativer Prozesse
  • Strukturen aufbauen & Standardisierung: Aufbau, Etablierung und nachhaltige Stabilisierung von Produktionsprozessen und Standards sowie deren konsequente Verankerung im operativen Alltag
  • Operative Werkleitungsvertretung: Übernahme der Gesamtverantwortung im Tagesgeschäft sowie Sicherstellung eines stabilen Produktionsbetriebs bei Abwesenheit der Werkleitung
