Als Senior Data Platform Engineer baust du unsere Snowflake-Plattform mit auf, setzt Standards und führst das Team fachlich. Dein Wort zählt, bis hinauf zur Geschäftsführung und sogar in der gesamten JobRad® Gruppe. Du bringst die Ideen, wir geben dir den Raum dafür. Remote aus Deutschland oder an einem unserer Standorte in München oder Kabelsketal. Let's ride together!

Was du brauchst, um erfolgreich zu sein

  • Snowflake-Praxis: Du hast 2–3 Jahre produktiv mit Snowflake gearbeitet und kennst Performance, Kosten und Best Practices
  • Data Engineering: Du beherrschst SQL und Python, baust ETL-/ELT-Pipelines (z. B. mit dbt, Airflow oder Talend) und setzt CI/CD und Infrastructure as Code ein
  • Architektur & Cloud: Du kennst Data Warehouses, Data Lakes und Datenmodellierung und hast Erfahrung mit mindestens einer Cloud-Plattform (AWS von Vorteil, Interesse an Azure)
  • Eigenverantwortung: Du arbeitest selbstständig, setzt Standards und bringst eigene Ideen für die Weiterentwicklung ein
  • Stakeholder & Führung: Du kommunizierst sicher bis zur Geschäftsführung, coachst Kolleg:innen und übernimmst fachliche Verantwortung
  • Sprache: Du sprichst sicher Deutsch (B2/C1/C2-Niveau) und hast gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Wohnsitz in Deutschland: Du lebst in Deutschland und arbeitest remote oder in München bzw. Kabelsketal (zwischen Halle & Leipzig)
