Du gewinnst Projekte, führst anspruchsvolle Tragwerksmandate und baust ein Team auf, das fachlich stark und menschlich gut funktioniert. Dabei arbeitest du mit einem Standortleiter, der dich unterstützt, ohne dir ständig reinzureden. Im Hintergrund: ein internationales Ingenieurnetzwerk mit 1'700 Fachleuten in 30 Ländern.

Was dich bei uns erwartet

Team führen: Du führst ein Team von rund 5 Personen und entwickelst es weiter.

Projekte mitprägen: Du akquirierst passende Mandate und gestaltest das Portfolio aktiv mit.

Tragwerke leiten: Du führst anspruchsvolle Projekte über alle SIA-Phasen. Mit BIM und VDC.

Unternehmerisch denken: Du arbeitest mit an Auslastung, Wachstum und Geschäftsentwicklung.

Freiraum nutzen: Du bringst Ideen ein und setzt sie mit Rückhalt um.

Worauf wir bei dir zählen

Studium im Bauingenieurwesen FH oder ETH oder vergleichbar

Erfahrung in der Projektleitung von Hochbauten, Kunstbauten oder Tragwerken

Marktverständnis und Freude an Akquise und Kundenentwicklung

Idealerweise Führungserfahrung im Ingenieurbüro

Offenheit für BIM und VDC

Unternehmerische Haltung und Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
