Bauleiter:in Industrie | Retail

Seit 1971 entwickelt, plant und realisiert die Ducksch Anliker AG Bauprojekte – vom Wohnungsbau über öffentliche Bauten bis zu Industrie- und Retailprojekten. Wir sind ein inhabergeführtes Unternehmen mit 90 Mitarbeitenden, Hauptsitz in Langenthal, Niederlassungen in Zürich und Luzern.

In der Abteilung Industrie und Retail arbeiten 13 Leute. Wir realisieren Logistikzentren, Produktionshallen, Anlagen der Lebensmittelverarbeitung und bauen Filialen für den Detailhandel wie Migros, Coop, etc. um, teils unter laufendem Betrieb. Keine Baustelle ist wie die andere.

Was dich bei uns wirklich erwartet

▪️ Du realisierst grosse Industrieprojekte: Logistikzentren und Produktionshallen, bis 145 Mio. Bauvolumen.

▪️ Du baust Migros- und Coop-Filialen um: Einen Ladenumbau führst du allein. 6 Wochen Bauphase, teils bei laufendem Betrieb.

▪️ Du führst deine Baustelle vor Ort: Bausitzungen, Baujournal, Terminpläne, Arbeitssicherheit – und die Entscheide, die vor Ort fallen müssen.

▪️ Du schreibst aus und vergibst: Kostenschätzungen, Submissionen vom Rohbau bis zum Innenausbau, Offertvergleiche, Werkverträge.

▪️ Du bringst dein Projekt zu Ende: Abnahme, Inbetriebnahme, Bauabrechnung, Garantiebewirtschaftung.

Worauf wir bei dir zählen

Deine Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Berufslehre im Bausektor, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung als Bauleiter:in.

Deine Erfahrung: Du hast bereits Bauprojekte als Bauleiter:in in der Schweiz geführt.

Dein Fachwissen: Submissionen beherrschst du vom Rohbau über die Fassade bis zum Innenausbau.

Deine Arbeitsweise: Du planst vorausschauend, entscheidest selbst und behältst Kosten, Termine und Qualität im Blick.

Deine Software: MS Office und Messerli sind dir vertraut, idealerweise auch MS Project.

Deine Sprache: Du verständigst dich sicher auf Deutsch, in Wort und Schrift.
