Kurzbeschreibung

Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Prozesse rund um Entwicklung, Bereitstellung und Betrieb zuverlässig und effizient funktionieren. In Deiner Rolle verbindest Du DevOps mit Automatisierung, Systembetrieb und Integration und schaffst so die Grundlage für stabile Abläufe und eine moderne technische Umgebung.

Du kannst uns in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit unterstützen und hast die Möglichkeit remote oder an einem unserer Standorte zu arbeiten.

Deine Rolle in unserem Team

  • Du konzipierst, betreibst und optimierst unsere CI/CD-Prozesse und sorgst für stabile, nachvollziehbare und effiziente Build-, Test- und Deployment-Abläufe
  • Du betreibst und automatisierst unsere Linux-Systeme sowie die zugrunde liegende Betriebsumgebung
  • Du betreust containerisierte Anwendungen und Webservices und unterstützt deren zuverlässigen und wartbaren Betrieb
  • Du setzt Systemintegrationen und automatisierte Workflows zur Anbindung interner und externer Anwendungen, APIs und Webservices um
  • Du entwickelst unsere Monitoring- und Alerting-Lösungen weiter und stellst Verfügbarkeit, Stabilität und Performance sicher
  • Du unterstützt bei Bedarf bei der Bearbeitung von Infrastruktur-Tickets und im IT-Support

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du hast Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Umgebungen und verstehst, worauf es bei zuverlässigen automatisierten Prozessen in Entwicklung und Betrieb ankommt
  • Du kennst Dich mit Containerisierung und dem Betrieb containerisierter Anwendungen aus
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Administration und Automatisierung von Linux-Systemen mit
  • Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für Deployments, Configuration Management sowie den stabilen Betrieb von Webservices und Anwendungen
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit Systemintegrationen, API-Anbindungen und der Automatisierung von Workflows
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit Monitoring, Alerting und technischer Fehleranalyse
  • Du bringst ein gutes Verständnis für Infrastruktur, Netzwerke und technische Supportprozesse mit
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und bringst gerne eigene Ideen ein

Idealerweise hast Du bereits mit einigen dieser Technologien gearbeitet: GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Linux, Ansible, Docker, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Podman, Renovate, Dependabot, n8n, Make, Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, Icinga, Grafana Alloy, Prometheus, Zabbix, Nagios, REST-APIs, Webhooks, JSON / YAML, OAuth 2.0 / SAML

Gut zu wissen Du musst nicht alle genannten Technologien mitbringen. Wichtiger ist uns, dass Du fachlich zu der Rolle passt, Zusammenhänge schnell verstehst und Lust hast, unsere Infrastruktur aktiv mitzugestalten.
