Für die Kundenbetreuung unserer E-Learning Plattform suchen wir ab sofort einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d) mit ausgeprägtem zwischenmenschlichem Gespür und starken kommunikativen Fähigkeiten.

Deine Rolle in unserem Team

  • Als Werkstudent:in unterstützt Du uns 15 bis 20 Stunden pro Woche und trägst maßgeblich zum Erfolg unserer digitalen Lernplattform "Auditgarant" bei
  • Plattformbetreuung: Du bist eine zentrale Ansprechperson für Anfragen rund um die Plattform und übernimmst die schriftliche sowie mündliche Kommunikation mit Nutzer:innen und internen Ansprechpartner:innen
  • Nutzer- und Beziehungsmanagement: Du begleitest den Aufbau und die Pflege nachhaltiger Beziehungen zu Nutzer:innen, unterstützt bei deren Anliegen und trägst zu einer positiven Nutzungserfahrung bei
  • Teamunterstützung: Du arbeitest eng mit dem Team zusammen, koordinierst Anliegen rund um die Plattform und unterstützt dabei, einen reibungslosen Ablauf sowie eine hohe Servicequalität sicherzustellen

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du bist noch für mindestens ein Jahr immatrikulierte:r Student:in
  • Fähigkeiten im Kundenumgang: Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Einfühlungsvermögen und verstehst es, auf Kund:innen zuzugehen und ihre Bedürfnisse zu verstehen
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du kommunizierst fließend auf Deutsch und Englisch und kannst Dich in verschiedenen Kontexten sicher und überzeugend ausdrücken
  • Lernbereitschaft: Du hast eine Leidenschaft für das Lernen und die persönliche Weiterentwicklung
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise: Deine selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise zeichnet Dich aus
