Du willst nicht nur zuschauen, sondern im Sales von Anfang an mitgestalten und lernen, wie erfolgreiche Kundenbeziehungen entstehen?

Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig: In dieser Rolle bist Du häufig die erste Ansprechperson für neue Interessent:innen und unterstützt unser Sales Team dabei, neue Geschäftschancen zu erkennen und voranzutreiben. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit unserem Sales Lead zusammen, erhältst direktes Coaching und entwickelst Schritt für Schritt echte Vertriebs-Skills.

Als Werkstudent:in unterstützt Du uns mit 15 bis 20 Stunden pro Woche. Dabei hast Du die Möglichkeit, vollständig remote zu arbeiten.

Deine Rolle in unserem Team

  • Du übernimmst den Erstkontakt auf Entscheiderebene mit potenziellen Kunden per E-Mail und Telefon
  • Du qualifizierst eingehende Anfragen, klärst den Bedarf und koordinierst die nächsten Schritte mit dem Sales Team
  • Du unterstützt beim Aufbau von Kontakten zu Startups und KMUs mit Blick auf langfristige Kooperationen und Vertriebspotenziale
  • Du dokumentierst Kontakte, Aktivitäten und nächste Schritte sauber im CRM und sorgst für eine hohe Datenqualität
  • Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Sales-Unterlagen, z.B. Kurzpräsentationen, Referenzen oder Angebotsbausteinen

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du bist immatrikuliert und kannst uns 15-20 Stunden pro Woche unterstützen
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit digitalen Tools, idealerweise CRM-Systemen und Office-Anwendungen, und nutzt gern KI-Tools zur Effizienzsteigerung
  • Du arbeitest fleißig, zuverlässig und sorgsam und behältst auch dann den Überblick, wenn mehrere Themen parallel laufen
  • Du hast Freude daran, auf Menschen zuzugehen und Beziehungen verbindlich und professionell zu pflegen
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
