Le Pôle Pierres accompagne les équipes Développement Haute Joaillerie dans la réalisation des pièces les plus exigeantes de la Maison. Vous évoluez au cœur d'un savoir-faire d'exception, où chaque pierre raconte une histoire et chaque projet façonne l'avenir de la joaillerie Hermès. Votre contribution a un impact direct sur la qualité et la singularité des créations. Cette mission vous offre une large autonomie dans le pilotage de vos projets.

Vos missions

  • Coordonner les besoins pierre liés aux nouveaux développements produits
  • Construire et suivre les plannings de développement pierre
  • Identifier les risques et proposer des plans d'action adaptés
  • Traduire les besoins création en spécifications pierre exploitables
  • Challenger la faisabilité technique et les choix matière
  • Sécuriser les approvisionnements avec les achats et fournisseurs
  • Suivre les essais et prototypes avec les partenaires externes
  • Identifier de nouveaux partenaires ou filières lorsque nécessaire
  • Définir et suivre les indicateurs clés de pilotage
  • Préparer les supports de pilotage et d'animation projet

Votre profil

Vous avez étudié la gemmologie, vous maîtrisez les méthodes de gestion de projet et de pilotage des risques. Vous appréhendez naturellement les enjeux techniques liés aux pierres et aux matières précieuses. Vous savez fédérer des interlocuteurs variés autour d'objectifs communs et transmettre votre expertise avec clarté.
