À propos de la Division

La Qualité est au cœur de la stratégie de la Maison dans un contexte fortement créatif et de renouvellement permanent. La Haute Joaillerie est dans une dynamique de croissance, sur des produits à forte valeur ajoutée, mobilisant des savoir-faire multiples et exigeants en termes de qualité. Au sein de l'équipe technique, vous pilotez les retours avant et après-vente et participez à la démarche d'assurance qualité conformément à la stratégie qualité globale définie. Vous reportez au Responsable Technique ainsi qu'au Chef de Projet Qualité. Au quotidien, vous travaillez en collaboration avec l'équipe technique, les ateliers de fabrication, l'équipe Développement, la logistique, l'équipe du Service Après-Vente, la Direction des Opérations, la Direction Qualité et la Direction Industrielle.

Vos missions

SAV

Piloter les réparations (envois, réception, délais, devis, etc.) ;

Rédiger les fiches de constat ;

Proposer des améliorations continues de l'outil de suivi ;

Rédiger les modes opératoires et formaliser les flux.

Sécurisation de la qualité des nouveautés et de la production

Participer au suivi des plans de qualification (mise à jour des plans d'action, comptes rendus des résultats qualité, tests au porté pour validation ergonomique et dimensionnelle, etc.) ;

Assurer le suivi des pièces en laboratoire dans l'outil associé ;

Proposer des améliorations de l'existant ;

Construire des plans de tests ergonomiques pour la définition de standards de Haute Joaillerie (poids/dimensions produits).

Fonctionnement général

Rédiger des modes opératoires d'utilisation de fichiers (utilisation du fichier envois/réception, etc.) ;

Comprendre et cartographier les flux (DDO, COL, SAV, etc.) ;

Contribuer à l'amélioration continue du Service Qualité : amélioration de la gestion documentaire, inventaire du matériel de contrôle, inventaire des conditionnements en zone logistique et au sein du métier.

Votre profil

Vous êtes en formation École d'Ingénieurs ;

Vous avez une appétence pour la technicité, le produit et le suivi de projets ;

Vous maîtrisez le pack Office ;

Vous êtes polyvalent(e), agile, et disposez d'un excellent relationnel afin de saisir les enjeux actuels et échanger avec différents interlocuteurs ;
