We’re looking for freelance talent to support our team in developing and delivering creative social media campaigns. Whether your strengths lie in strategy, Creator Marketing or production, tell us what you do best.

Here’s where you can get involved:

  • Client Consulting & Project Management: You advise clients, coordinate teams and external partners, and keep timelines, budgets and deliverables on track.
  • Creator Marketing: You identify the right creators for our brands, manage outreach and negotiations, and take campaigns from briefing through to reporting.
  • Social Media Management: You develop content calendars, manage channels and communities, and understand what works on TikTok, Instagram and beyond.
  • Paid Social & Performance Marketing: You plan and manage campaigns, test creatives and optimise performance against relevant KPIs.
  • Creative Concepting & Strategy: You turn brand messages into creative concepts, formats and scripts tailored to each platform and audience.
  • Design & Content Creation: You create social assets, develop motion graphics or edit videos with a strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling and platform requirements.
  • Production: You support our photo and video productions as a producer, director, photographer, videographer or other production specialist.

YOU:

  • You work as a freelancer or independent business and can invoice for your services.
  • You bring relevant experience in one or more of the areas above.
  • Your portfolio or case studies showcase your work and clearly explain your contribution.
  • You work independently, stay organised and reliable, and communicate clearly with clients and project teams.
  • You understand social media, keep up with trends and create with the brand, audience and campaign objectives in mind.
  • You enjoy collaborating with a creative, international team.
