1、争议解决经验： ①统筹处理诉讼/仲裁案件，具备突出的诉讼专业管理能力； ②熟练掌握法律研究，案例搜集，证据梳理，诉讼/谈判策略制定等技能，具备处理/指导处理重大或复杂案件的能力； ③通过可诉性分析、诉讼方案设计，主导公司主诉案件，为公司追偿回款，如具备统筹管理公司重大应收账款诉讼，梳理公司各类应收款项管理流程的能力； ④能够通过案件复盘，分析业务风险和合规管理不足，推动优化公司业务，并有效分析案件发生原因并实现类案发生率降低。 2、合规管理经验 ①统筹公司合规管理工作，具备敏锐的合规意识和专业管理能力； ②熟悉运输/快递行业、服务行业合规监管要求，优化公司合规治理体系，提升合规管理质量； ③快速学习并掌握公司业务，具备识别和洞察业务风险，制定业务合规赋能计划的能力； ④独立统筹子公司法律支持工作，具备梳理和觉察子公司业务风险、合规需求，并输出子公司工作整改建议的能力，为子公司经营决策提供法律支持。 3、团队管理经验 ①协助推定总部型企业法务团队工作落地，能够通过专业培训、经验分享等多元方式，提升团队工作和协作能力 ②具备较强的专业输出能力，借助资深专业知识和工作经验有效赋能团队 ③具备较强的协作和执行力，能够协助业务部门优化并推进整改方案/专项方案落地

1、学历及教育要求：本科及以上学历，法律相关专业，要求有法律职业资格证书 2、工作经验：法律行业经验8年以上，并具有团队管理、诉讼案件处理、合规支持工作经验，具有律师和法务双重工作经验优先 3、知识/技能要求：熟悉物流业务常见风险及解决方案 4、核心能力项： ①能够统筹团队工作分工，协调各方资源推动工作开展 ②能够根据已有现象、事实、数据，分析可能的风险及解决方案 ③具备透过现象看本质的能力；全局观念：能考量整体影响及各方因素，做出最优判断
