职位描述： 1.负责内部审计工作，对财报准确性、资金安全性、运营效益性、管控合规性等进行检查、鉴证和评价。 2.负责编制和执行年度审计计划，组织开展审计项目，如财务审计、经营审计、离任审计、专项审计、合规审计等，确保审计质量与独立性。 3.负责定期向高层和相关部门传达审计结果和建议，跟踪整改落实情况，建立审计成果运用的长效机制。 4.负责内部审计体系完善和数字化审计转型，应用新技术、新工具提升工作效率与质量。 5.负责培养复合型、高绩效审计团队，提升团队专业能力与业务洞察力。 6.负责协调内、外部审计资源，及其他交办工作。

职位要求： 1、学历与专业：本科及以上，审计、财务、会计、风控等管理专业。 2、工作经验：具有8年以上审计工作经验，其中至少3年担任审计负责人或以上职务，团队人员不低于8人；甲乙双方背景优先，甲方背景不低于4年；快递、物流或互联网背景优先。 3、知识与能力： ①精通审计理论与实务，具有丰富的审计专业知识，能独立完成公司内部的审计工作； ②具有优秀的组织和协调能力，能够高效地统筹多项工作开展； ③具备较强的决策力、执行力和团队管理能力，能够有效指导团队完成各项审计任务； ④具有风险敏感度和数字分析能力，能够通过解读数据、报表和指标，精准迅速地找出潜在的问题和风险。 ⑤熟练使用Execl、PPT等办公软件，熟悉大数据工具，如SQL、Python、PowerBI等优先，具有审计模型搭建、预警看板搭建能力。 4、个性特征：为人廉洁公正，坚持原则，品行端正，责任心强；抗压性强，诚信正直，具有较强的保密意识。
