1、统筹全网网络建设体系搭建，建立网点开关并停转全流程管理机制，完善能力建设监控与预警体系，推动流程化、制度化落地； 2、统筹网点优化与异常网点管理，通过数据分析识别风险、推动整改，保障网点稳定运营，做好加盟商及网点全生命周期管理； 3、持续优化筛单规则与时效顺延机制，从源头加强异常把控，减少异常件流转与时效损失，提升网络运行质量； 4、统筹网点退网清算、风险保证金及应收账款管理，推动流程优化与制度落地，保障网络建设与网点管理高效闭环。

1、大专以上学历，物流管理、供应链管理、工商管理等相关专业优先； 2、5年以上快递、物流或网络型平台企业网络规划、网点管理、渠道管理经验； 3、熟悉快递网络建设、网点全生命周期管理、异常网点治理、退网清算等业务场景； 4、具备较强的数据分析、问题分析与解决方案设计能力； 5、具备系统化思维和项目管理能力，能够独立推动跨部门项目落地； 6、具备优秀的沟通协调能力和影响力，能够与业务管理层、区域团队及一线网点高效协作
