Experiencia en:

  • Manejo de vehículos de carga, min. 10 toneladas
  • Recepción y entrega de productos en punto de venta
  • Manipulación y manejo seguro de cargas
  • Atención al cliente en ruta
  • Contar con Licencia Federal de Manejo Tipo B vigente
  • Apto médico vigente
  • Conocimiento básico de mecánica automotriz

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Recibir y cargar la unidad asignada verificando que la mercancía coincida con la documentación (remisiones, facturas y órdenes) para asegurar la correcta entrega al cliente.
  • Realizar las rutas de reparto asignadas, entregando producto en tiempo y forma y aplicando las políticas de atención al cliente establecidas.
  • Mantener la integridad y correcta sujeción de la carga dentro de la unidad, garantizando condiciones de temperatura y empaque según las especificaciones.
  • Registrar entregas, firmas y anomalías en el sistema o dispositivo móvil; comunicar incidencias y diferencias al supervisor inmediato para su resolución.
  • Apoyar en la carga y descarga de producto, así como en el acomodo y rotación conforme a las instrucciones del almacén para mantener inventarios veraces.
  • Realizar inspecciones básicas de la unidad antes de la salida (niveles, llantas, luces) y reportar cualquier falla o necesidad de mantenimiento.
  • Mantener el área de carga y la unidad limpia y ordenada, cumpliendo con los programas de higiene y seguridad establecidos.
