YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Provide guidance on the Policy Management Framework and Internal Control Framework as well as the Policy Management and Internal Control tools to stakeholders in Switzerland and in international locations for the implementation of relevant local policies and controls and the reporting of control results
  • Consolidate input from international locations regarding Global Minimum Standards (GMS) and Global Minimum Control (GMC) applicability, implementation, and results for presentation to relevant committees, key stakeholders, Risk Type Owners, and Senior Management
  • Drive regular policy and control-related processes (e.g., policy reviews, GMC reviews)
  • Support the maintenance and enhancement of the policy management and internal control system (including drafting business requirements, participating in testing activities, and conducting user training)
  • Manage the GMS and GMC deviation and non-applicability workflow tool and associated processes.
  • Support the rollout and implementation of GMS and GMCs in newly established or acquired entities of the Group

YOUR PROFILE

  • University degree or equivalent education in Economics, Business Administration, Banking or Finance

  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team
  • Ability to stay focused on objectives with a can-do-attitude
  • Good analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must requirement, other languages would be a plus
  • Proficient user in MS Office applications, in particular Excel and PowerPoint

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
